Our pricing ranges from $2,000 to $3000 based on the weekday selected
We have (22) 5ft round tables and (11) 8ft rectangular tables.
The rental is from 10am to 11pm on Friday and Saturday and 10am to 10pm on Sunday through Thursday.
The public parking lot can accommodate up to 32 cars plus parking in front of the building.
Yes, alcohol is allowed at our venue. Please request a copy of our contract for the full list of guidelines.
The max capacity of the venue is 200 people.
Stella Loft can host an indoor ceremony for up to 200 people. The transition of the event space from Ceremony to Reception is not provided by Providence Hall. Please inquire about hiring these services through your wedding planner. The venue has a grand foyer area that will provide coverage for guests until the reception conversion is complete.

Providence Hall has set pricing based on a daily rental. Smaller sized weddings, reception only or ceremony only weddings are all subject to the same reservation cost.
We have 190 chairs available on the property included in your venue rental.
Bartenders MUST be reserved through A Twist Of Lime Caterers, florists, DJ's, photographers and videographers can be your choice. Caterers MUST be licensed by the TN Health Department and Insured.
Friday rehearsals are subject to availability. If the venue is booked the day prior to your event, Tuesday-Thursday practice rehearsals are an option, subject to availability or the morning of your event. Rehearsals are confirmed 8 weeks prior to your event.
