About this venue

Welcome to Retreat At The River! If you love the outdoors and want a beautiful setting for your event without breaking the bank, we are the venue for you. Our goal is to exceed every expectation and help you create your dream wedding or event. Our one-of-a-kind location underneath a canopy of trees, next to the water, creates a picturesque celebration everyone will remember. Our property is a beautiful six-acre event space, with two acres of lighted forest along the river. The River Room is included for a rain plan. It has a beautiful river view. We offer you and your guests an intimate beautiful setting for your event. For weddings, we have several packages to choose from.

The beautiful outdoor venue sits on the river

You can host your event under the stars with our string lighting or rent a tent for an additional fee. There are light posts throughout the property to keep you and your guests safe with plenty of lighting. There are two options for your wedding ceremony in The Meadows. One has a river view and the other has a tree-lined backdrop. There is plenty of open space to create the wedding and reception of your dreams.

It includes: -8-hour exclusive use of the property -Get ready rooms -Hexagon Arch -Kitchen for caterer to prep food -Parking on-site for guests -Venue coordinator -Rehearsal -Access to the grounds for an engagement photoshoot

The perfect outdoor venue to get married at! Sarah and her husband are wonderful and are very easy to work with and professional! Sarah helped me every step of the way!

Yes, we have on site parking. You can also add a shuttle for bigger events

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Yes, you can bring your own alcohol. We recommend having a licensed bartender to serve your guests

Your reservation includes twelve hours including the time it takes to set up and clean up. Depending on which package you choose, you could have two full days to set up and have your ceremony, and stay overnight on the property.

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable, unless there are unforeseen circumstances.

Our building is located 45 minutes from BNA Airport in Nashville, TN. We are located in Lewisburg, TN.

Yes. You and any vendors you have will need day of insurance. Our venue also has its own insurance.
