He visited and researched the venue (Seattle Aquarium) and lighting on his own (no flash by the fish, dark interior), and proactively setup meetings and reminders. Due to unfortunate circumstances, our entire event fell apart, but we had the venue booked and had purchased our attire, so we had to change the entire plan. Jane's team truly helped us still make the best out of it. They were so kind and understanding of our situation. Jane had so many great pose ideas for both the engagement AND our wedding photos.
