“Spruce Mountain was the best venue we could have possibly chosen. My fiancé was sold from the pictures online and when we toured, I spent the whole time just breathless. We were on the upper ranch with the ceremony on Trey's Vista (stunning), cocktail hour in the Spruce Room, and reception in the Ponderosa Room. Communication with them was easy, Tara was our representative and she happily answered all of our questions and communicated seamlessly without overloading our inbox. She even provided me with a preferred vendors list of vendors they have worked with before which created a great starting place for finding vendors. I was a bit skeptical of their requirement of a Day of Coordinator, but I am so thankful that they required it. We didn't have to lift a finger on the wedding day, I wasn't being asked a million questions, it was fantastic. On the wedding day, our property manager came to introduce herself and told us where to find her if we needed her, there was music playing on the TV in the bridal suite, everything was so clean and perfectly set up to start the day. All of our guests could not stop raving about the venue - the views at the ceremony site, having separate spaces for each part of the day, the mix of indoor and outdoor space for the cocktail hour and reception, and so many said "this sets my bar so high for weddings". If I could do my wedding all over again, I would book Spruce with no hesitation!!”

The Rose is a NEW event venue that opened January 2019. We are an all-inclusive venue that comes equipped with professional event coordination, tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, glassware, decorative lighting, and table decor. We also provide full in-house catering, beverage service, and staffing and will connect you with the very best local vendors. The Rose also has a concert-quality sound system, up to 4 large-screen televisions, a theater-quality video projection system, and an elevated stage enabling comprehensive entertainment options.

“We had the wedding of our dreams at The Rose, and I’m still in awe of how perfectly everything came together. It was truly the best day of our lives. Very early in our tour, my wife and I knew we had found the perfect venue. The building is full of charm — the upstairs state room is ideal for cocktail hour, the front lounge creates a warm gathering space for guests, and most importantly, the dance floor is huge with an incredible stage. We wanted to throw an absolute rager with a live band, and The Rose was the perfect place to make that happen. Patricia, the event coordinator, runs an incredibly tight ship. She is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and always on top of everything. The planning documents were thorough and thoughtfully structured, and she kept us on track every step of the way. Wedding planning can be stressful, but Patricia made us feel completely confident that every detail was handled. At the rehearsal, Patricia took full command in the best possible way. She had every minute detail mapped out, which allowed us to truly relax and focus on enjoying the moment. On the big day, we felt so well taken care of. “Where to start... your team at the Simon was absolutely amazing, from the beginning with all the details/tips on how to plan a wedding (shout out to The Simon Resource Doc); Caitlyn's and Stef’s (The Simon's In-House Planner) quick responses to all our questions and emails; to making our wedding day go by without a flaw (champagne glasses poured, cake table decorated with extra flowers, etc).When we had a hiccup with our transportation, Caitlyn and Courtney (our facilities manager) jumped right in and drove us to the David Mesa Trail and back for our photos. I’d like to mention that Caitlyn was not supposed to be working that day either but she stayed around and made sure our day went smoothly after that issue. Caitlyn and her team really care for the couples at her venue and make an effort to ensure what we envision comes into fruition. We received so many compliments from friends and family on the venue and the way our wedding was managed. Kyle and I really were able to have fun on our day because everything was so meticulously planned and coordinated. Thank you so much!”
