Hello there! I'm Andrea, owner of Amative Creative, and every weekend we're so blessed to be able to tell the love stories of so many amazing couples. Like many others in this industry might say, we simply adore weddings. But what makes us a little different is our entire brand is centered around telling love stories specifically curated to reflect your vision and aesthetic. "Amative" means to be prone to love, so as you can see, we want nothing more than to tell your love story! But what makes us truly unique is that we understand every love story looks different. And we personalize every aspect of how we document your wedding day!

Welcome to Just a Present Visual Studio, where every moment is crafted into a lasting memory. I'm based in the DMV area, specializing in capturing life's most cherished moments through a unique lens. Follow my journey and let’s create something beautiful together.

I have been a photographer for 8 years. Throughout my time as a photographer I’ve captured clothing, models, and memories. I shifted from corporate shootings to families and weddings because it gave me this warm fuzzy feeling when I edited my couples and families photos. Don’t be afraid to reach out to me and ask about my photography style, my editing style, or my favorite restaurant! I highly recommend scheduling a free consulting session!

The captivating art of photography has always fascinated me, and its ability to transcend language barriers and unite people on a deeper level is truly remarkable. Photography is my way of telling unique stories of love and connection. When it comes to wedding photography, I am constantly drawn to capturing the true essence of every moment and making it tangible. I infuse every image with a touch of fashion and my distinct perspective, crafting a timeless and exquisite collection that will allow you to relive those precious moments for years to come.

Hi there, I'm Rachel, a portrait and wedding photographer based in Washington DC and NYC. With a BFA in Photography and Film from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master's degree in Film Studies from the University of Edinburgh, I have spent over 15 years honing my skills and deepening my understanding of photography as an art form. When I'm not behind the camera, I’m often delving into the world of mid-century design, watching films and going on hikes with my husband, Jamie.

My style is distinct, a result of both my unrelenting commitment to my craft and complete trust from clients who commission me. You’re not going to read about any awards, badges, or “top 10 lists” because what matters is you’re in love with the work that you see and are ready to trust me entirely to do what I do. This trust drives me to find the perfect balance between creative experimentation and honest documentation.

Hi, I am Elaine. I am a photographer based in Washington, DC and the surrounding VA and MD areas. When I know that my clients are happy about the pictures I've taken and edited, I know that my art is finally seen and my dream is finally coming true.

As a photographer based in Washington DC, one of my many distinctions is that I translate love language, visually. I believe real and right relationships are found in bonds. The weak and strong ones we make throughout the timeline of our lives. If we’re a match, through my photography, I’ll aim to bring forth beautiful and iconic memories that find a home where the heart is. Curating every moment of emotion that rises up within you or the ones you care about the most. To learn more, reach out with a friendly "What's up?" and let me handle the rest. Take a look around or browse through a featured collection on my website.

All you need is love.. But gorgeous photos wouldn't hurt! It's about more than hiring someone to hold a camera and snap a few pics. Wedding photography is about carefully crafting and capturing the moments of your big day in a way that beautifully tells the story of your love.

There's a feeling you get when someone you love smiles, when they laugh, when they take your hand in theirs. Those feelings are what I seek to capture. I combine the physical beauty of a moment with candid emotions to create heart-warming images that bring you back into the moment all over again.

If I had to describe myself in five words it would be: food, exercise, animals, travel, and art (not in any specific order). You know you have found the right career when you can honestly say you do it for the passion, for the excitement, and for the love of documenting someone’s precious memories. Photography has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I have been photographing weddings in the DMV for the past eleven years.

I've really come to value the unexpected, intimate moments that take place on a wedding day. The hug your mom gives you before you leave your dressing room. The tear that falls down his cheek when he sees you walking down the aisle. The way the two of you lean your heads together during the toasts. This day is about more than the flowers and the shoes you chose. It's about celebrating the start of a new family. It's an honor to play a part in such a significant day and I hope you'll choose me to be a part of yours!

Hi! I'm Katie, an East Coast & Destination Wedding Photographer, based in Washington D.C. After taking a high-school photography class–it quickly became clear that I loved the art of photography. Soon after graduating, I was offered an internship position near Chicago that allowed me to continue to dive into the world of studio lighting, image editing, and commercial photography; continuing to hone on the technical skills that often get left behind when you have the digital screen to instantly see your work. A few years later, I photographed a friends wedding and it became crystal clear that this was exactly what I wanted to pursue.

I am passionate about capturing each couples unique story and their one-of-a-kind love. We are a husband and wife team plus our best man! When Jeremiah and I got engaged and started planning our wedding, the search for a photographer & videographer was a grueling tasks. I kept saying, “If ONLY Jeremiah & En could capture our wedding,” but that was totally unfeasible be as one is the groom & the other the best man. Then the light bulb went off & Til Death Media was born!

I'm sure you landed on this page because you saw my photography work somewhere and you were drawn to it. I want you to STAY on this page because you are looking for a talented wedding photographer who will do far more than take gorgeous timeless fine art photographs for you.

My name is Rebecca, but some call me Becks. I'll let you decide which one to call me! I am a lifestyle and wedding photographer based out of Alexandria, VA, but I am ALWAYS looking for an excuse to travel. I'm inspired by human connections, love and friendships. I live for adventure, goofiness and optimism. When I’m not working, I can be found working out with my husband, traveling or at a grocery store/farmers market. Dark chocolate, workout clothes, ice cream, sushi and vegetables are a few of my favorite things.

I help non-traditional couples capture their wedding in a timeless, fun, and meaningful way. I do everything I can so that you're actually present at your wedding, making the memories you're going to look back on for the rest of your lives. With me, you get the best of both worlds - I seamlessly weave between a fly on the wall capturing genuine moments as they're happening, to the director, working with you to create gorgeous images that perfectly capture your love and your authentic selves, to a part of the party, capturing the joy and fun you and your guests experience while celebrating your love.

Weddings are joyous celebrations. My aim is to blend candid moments of the natural beauty of the event with creative portraits that document a couples experience. I have photographed weddings all over the world including Mexico, Hawaii, and Croatia.

I want to service couples who prioritize their home and the commitment to each other on their wedding day while having family and friends to celebrate their big day! My favorite part about wedding photography is making people feel comfortable, so you don’t have to worry bout posing awkwardly — you just worry bout enjoying your big day! I do this through my style of posing and capturing pictures, which can be described as photojournalism and illustrative with bold and warm, but true-to-life colors. I've given you little prompts on things to do so you can focus on the people and things you love not me with my giant camera.
