My name is Rebecca, but some call me Becks. I'll let you decide which one to call me! I am a lifestyle and wedding photographer based out of Alexandria, VA, but I am ALWAYS looking for an excuse to travel. I'm inspired by human connections, love and friendships. I live for adventure, goofiness and optimism. When I’m not working, I can be found working out with my husband, traveling or at a grocery store/farmers market. Dark chocolate, workout clothes, ice cream, sushi and vegetables are a few of my favorite things.

    She is THE best!

    We cannot recommend Rebecca enough. Aside from the absolutely stunning photos she took, she was a wonderful, positive force of energy to have around. She was also very calming especially when things got hectic with our zoom connection and instructed us to take deep breaths so as not to look tense in the photos. We never had a photoshoot done before but we instantly felt comfortable being candid with her. She knew exactly how to guide us through various poses and also listened to all our requests ex. close ups of the bouquet, of our rings, etc. It was small things like carrying my bag from location to location, making sure I was comfortable in my heels, and telling us to dab our sweat (humid August day!) that really made working with her a true pleasure. She definitely exceeded our expectations and we will never stop recommending her. Thank you, Rebecca!

I have a strong group of photographers that second shoot for me.
I will never limit the amount of photos I take or deliver. Your images will represent the day as it went in a compelling and artistic way.
I recommend 25-35 minutes of time to take pictures of the two of you! This will allow enough time for a variety of photos, as well as a chance to relax and take in the fact that you just got married! Please note, that this does not include the time needed for formal portraits of the family and bridal party.
I will never tell you to stand there and look natural. I don’t even know what “look natural” means! I will guide you in an organic and fun way soI can get the in-between moments….they are my favorite = )
Most definitely! I will never show up to a wedding without these…they are essentials.
YES! I am a huge fan of guests and understand that they are there because they mean so much to you. I make it my goal to make sure I capture every guest at some point throughout the day. They are part of your story and deserve to be in your storybook.
I have full liability and equipment insurance.
In the highly unlikely event that I am unable to photograph your wedding, I will do everything in my power to find a replacement. I have an emergency list of photographers that have very similar styles and personalities. I also am a member of multiple professional photography groups, which would allow me to easily find a replacement.
Once I receive a signed copy of your wedding contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer – the date is saved! Unfortunately, I cannot lock-in your date until I have received both items.
Weddings can take up to four weeks for completion. However, I always try to complete them before then…I understand the anticipation. The week after your wedding, I will post a sneak peek on Instagram and Facebook to hold you over!
You will be given permission to use the photographs for personal use. This will allow you to print the images at any photo lab of your choice. You will not be allowed to sell, edit or advertise the images. We can talk about submitting the images for publication!
