Booking with Simon was super easy, they are easily reachable by email. The food was great and everyone loved the tiramisu we had picked out for dessert. We also hired our DJ, Alex, through them and he was so fun and hyped everyone up on the dancefloor. Our bartender was even able to recognize everyones drink orders by the end of the night! “Mexico City Cuisine (MCC) should be at the top of your list for wedding catering. Their food is so good, service amazing, and they are flexible with adding “extras” to meet your needs. Would book them again. I do wish they had better tech/communication methods other than email and phone call, but it didn’t impact their service or quality on the day of, which is all that matters.”

“We could not have been happier with the service we received from Buckboard as the catering provider for our wedding. Right from the initial meeting Ashley, (Buckboard’s sales manager) gave us a personalized introduction and very friendly tasting. It was clear from this initial interaction that she cared more about our experience and less about just becoming one of their customers. The food was/is absolutely delicious. Every single item was cooked perfectly, and it was clear from the initial tasting that their chefs and cooks take genuine pride in cooking high quality meals that do not come off as “mass produced” like a number of other caterers in the area. We have lost count of the number of guests who told us during and after the meal that it was by far the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding, and this is reflective of the company as a whole. Ashley and JP (the Chief Operating Officer) were both present during the planning process, and worked with us directly to determine a menu that would be both wonderful for the guests as well as within our budget. When dietary restrictions were presented, Ashley and her team made the accommodations easy and care free, and provided options that were also delicious. She and her staff were so friendly and professional on the day-of that a number of guests went out of their way to comment on the crew. We cannot rave enough about the services we received from Buckboard Catering. To make matters better they also operate a full-time restaurant in El Cajon, which we plan on frequenting regularly when visiting San Diego. For prospective couples planning a wedding, choosing Buckboard as your caterer will not only put your mind at ease knowing the quality of service you will be receiving, but you and your guests will be absolutely thrilled with the meal you get to enjoy.”

“My cousin, giving advice to me for my wedding, said, "No one remembers the food at weddings, its just chicken or fish, don't sweat it", and I took that as a challenge. With a sizeable contingent of my family having celiac disease, and being gluten and dairy intolerant myself, I wanted to find a meal that was majority restriction-diet friendly without non-restricted guests noticing. NOMADA's menu was perfect for our crowd - the passed apps, mobile kitchen taco bar, and all the fixings, sides, and beverages were all gluten and dairy free, and no one with celiac got sick. In addition, our venue did not have a kitchen, so their mobile outdoor kitchen set-up meant we had fresh, hot tortillas and tacos, instead of food cooked offside and reheated right before service. It was a smash hit - Guests went back for seconds and thirds. Salsas ranged from mild to medium spiciness, but were all so flavorful they didn't need to be spicier, and the yellow salsa especially was the talk of the night. The service, presentation, taste, and everything was perfect; at least two friends who attended the wedding are planning to use them for future events they were so impressed. The appetizer meatballs - a can't miss.”

“Chef Cooper and his team are an amazing group of people. I did not have to worry about a single thing in regards to food for my wedding reception. My reception was only 40ppl so, if you are having a small wedding reception, definitely look into Krafted Culture to cater it. I looked into other caterers before I came across Krafted Culture but their minimum to cater started at 60ppl and up. Communication was excellent through the entire process and customizing menu to accommodate allergies and vegan guests was not an issue. Everyone loved the food, especially the tri-tip! What was also convenient is that they also rent out tables, chairs, and table linens. Highly recommend!”

“From our first call to the day of our wedding, Lorrielle's was always there when we needed them. They responded right away to every question and made planning feel simple and stress-free. The food was fresh and delicious, and their team thought through every detail from decorations to helping us find lodging for our guests. What really impressed us was their crew—there were enough people on staff to handle everything, even keeping the bathrooms spotless all night. When our photographer accidentally broke one of our flower arrangements, they cleaned it up instantly and turned the broken flowers into petals for our flower girl to toss.
