She was incredibly easy to communicate with and put a lot of our worries at ease from our first conversation with her. She arrived early and stayed until the very end helping us clean up and have the venue in order by the end of the night. She did a million things on the day that made everything that much easier - like arranging the flowers on our arch, setting up our welcome table, directing family and vendors where to go, setting up chairs at the ceremony, playing the music during the ceremony, getting us appetizers before they ran out, keeping happy hour on time, helping a family member that got hurt, bringing my extra shoes to the reception, cutting the cakes, communicating with the venue owner, distributing tips to our vendors, and I am sure a thousand other things that we didn't even hear about. Our day could not have gone smoother, and she was incredibly professional and kind every time we interacted with her. Do yourself a favor and hire her asap - her experience is second to none!”

“We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! Kianna and her team at Golden Hour Events perfectly embody this. No matter what happened, Kianna was there to handle and make sure everything was running smoothly, so that as the bride and groom, we could enjoy our special day without the additional stress of the event or day of logistics (Kianna even ran to our hotel room to grab the groom extra contact lenses when his fell out right before the mother-son dance). The ability to relax and enjoy the wedding day because of our trust in the wedding planner provided an immeasurable comfort that is invaluable to the bride and groom. This trust is something that Kianna and her team provided us, and we confidently know they will provide any couple the same on their wedding day. The planning process for a wedding takes months of active and ongoing work, often with difficult decisions, yet fun moments. Having Kianna alongside us from start to finish ensured that the entire process was operating smoothly and effectively – she helped us navigate the unknowns of planning a wedding, tactfully navigated varying family personalities, and celebrated our joy with us. Especially because we were planning our Montana wedding from out of state, it was comforting to know that Kianna could refer us and connect with vendors on the ground. However, from walking down the aisle at the church, to the first look at the reception room (the culmination of nearly a year of planning), I was able to experience my dream wedding – and I attribute that all to the Golden Hour Events team. Their level of creativity, eye for artistry, elegance, and tastefulness, and attention to detail (right down to the napkins, linens, menus, table numbers, and seating chart) are unmatched. When I opened the doors to the reception ballroom for the first time, I was overcome with so much emotion, as Kianna turned my vision into a reality, while far surpassing my dreams. She transformed an empty ballroom into a beautiful and breathtaking pink wonderland. While the Golden Hour Events team was all around amazing, their unique designs and willingness to go above and beyond for us really stood out as particularly impressive – rather than the same cookie-cutter wedding decor, Kianna constantly was suggesting decor that truly was different and reflected my personal vision. She also tracked down cushions that were the exact size of our chairs when I asked if our chairs could have cushions; she even had her family drive an ice cream cart from Texas to Montana for our dessert ice cream sundae bar. She listened so intently, asked the right questions, and truly saw my vision—and the feeling I wanted to create for everyone who walked into our day. And then… she worked her butt off to make it happen. Every detail, every moment, every little touch was thoughtful, intentional, and executed with such care. She went above and beyond—often behind the scenes—to make sure everything ran smoothly, and I got to be fully present and soak it all in. I never once felt stressed or overwhelmed because I knew she had it handled. She brought my dream to life and somehow made it even better than I imagined. The energy, the joy, the love in the room—it all reflected her tireless work and insane talent. She even brought in suggestions that fully represented my husband, who loves to rock climb, that got even him excited about the little details (like a rope boutonniere, rocks for table numbers, ect). We even had a shift in weather after dinner at our outdoor wedding, which she had already spoke with me about a game plan for days prior if it happened, and in the moment it happened she took care of transitioning everything indoors behind the scenes while I got to be fully present with our guests! “I genuinely do not even know where to begin when it comes to Noelle because there are not enough words to explain how incredible she is. From the VERY beginning of my wedding planning process over a year ago, she handled absolutely everything and more. Any thought, question, idea, concern, crash out, or micromanaging moment I had (and trust me… there were MANY), I could text or call her at literally any time, and she was always there. Not once did she ever make me feel annoying, dramatic, or “too much.” Instead, she made me feel heard, understood, supported, and excited every single step of the way. What makes Noelle so special is that she doesn’t just “plan weddings.” She genuinely takes your vision and transforms it into something bigger and more beautiful than you could have even imagined for yourself. The ideas I had in my head for my wedding somehow came to life TIMES TEN. Every tiny detail was perfected. She thought of things before I even had to ask. She guided me through every decision while still making me feel like the wedding truly reflected me and my husband. And the professionalism? Insane. The organization? Insane. The patience? Saint level. She worked with my budget and constantly gave me options to still achieve the luxury, elegant look I wanted without making me feel pressured to spend beyond my means. But what REALLY blew me away was wedding day itself. When I tell you I did not have a single worry in the world, I mean it. Noelle and her team handled EVERYTHING. She was genuinely a rockstar from beginning to end. At one point she literally did my late night McDonald’s run herself while her assistants stayed behind making sure me, my bridal party, and my family had everything we needed. Who does that?! That level of care is so rare. She treated my wedding like it was just as important to her as it was to me. Not only did she become my wedding planner, but over this past year she truly became someone so special to me and my family. My family and friends could not stop complimenting her professionalism, kindness, work ethic, and calming presence. I literally had my mom’s friends texting me asking for her information because they were so blown away by her. Noelle made wedding planning FUN. She made it exciting instead of stressful. Honestly, she makes me want to plan another wedding tomorrow just to work with her again. I’m truly going to miss our hours-long meetings spent perfecting every little detail because it all paid off in the most unbelievable way. I can confidently say my wedding would NOT have been what it was without her. She gave me the wedding of my dreams and more, and I will forever be grateful that I trusted her to guide me through one of the biggest moments of my life. “I had spent an entire year planning my dream wedding and hired Lily as a Day of Coordinator. I am a CPA so as you can imagine, I am very type A. But I had zero hesitation turning things over to Lily! I could tell instantly she had experience in the industry and knew what she was doing. She thought of everything! I can’t forget to mention I planned my Montana wedding from Texas, so it’s tricky to know what the final product would be, but she made sure my vision came to life! Hansen Weddings and Events was so thorough and took the time to truly understand what I wanted the big day to look like. Not only did she help me find some last minute vendors while I was still in Texas, but she guided the rehearsal the night before, helped set up the morning of the wedding, coordinated with all my vendors, instructed the bridal party, guided the guests, and handled some craaaazy weather. It was a warm sunny day until about 10 minutes before the ceremony, it dropped (what felt like) 20 degrees, had high winds, and even started sleeting during our vows. It calmed quickly and a rainbow appeared 30 mins later, but at the time it was hectic. We weren’t sure how much it would progress but Lily worked fast to get the cocktail hour moved, get the vendors re-situated, guide the guests to the new space, and even bring my husband and me a plate of food!! There were a couple hiccups with vendors as the night progressed, but she was quick to resolve them before I even had a chance to think twice about it! She was the perfect balance of warmth and kindness while also being direct and making sure everything stayed on track. When there were times we wanted to move around schedules or step away, she encouraged us and worked in the background to make it happen! All in all, it was a great experience working with her. I am so glad I was able to hand over all those details and just enjoy the day with my husband. I highly recommend Hansen Weddings and Events!!!”
