The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! The MC's ad-libs got a little overbearing at times, but overall they did a nice job sticking to the schedule and making important announcements. He was a quick responder when we had questions, and he really understood our vision for our wedding. His website is user-friendly and the professionalism was unmatched. On our big day, he kept the energy up through cocktail hour, the entrances, first dances, speeches, and had everyone on the dance floor all night long. Everything went so smooth and we didn't have to worry about a thing. He assured us that he knew how to read the crowd and play the perfect mix of songs to keep the party going, and he was right. “Ryan went above and beyond as our DJ. He helped organize the craziness of dinner before killing it on the table. The majority of our guests (we had a lot) either didn’t leave the dance floor or kept coming back! As the bride I only left to cool off then right back out to the best dancing songs he was playing. He narrated our guys vs girls flip cup game and even judged (girls won by default). All around an amazing job and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a fun DJ who isn’t afraid to lend a hand and help get the job done, even if it’s a bit out of his job description. Thank you!”

“Justin was lovely to work with from the start. He was booked for another wedding, but he paired us up with Rob, an associate DJ of his. Both Rob and Justin were so so fun to work with. Rob took the time to text or set up whatever zoom calls we felt we needed. For the actual day, Rob was amazing. We had dinner service, reception, and "after party". Robs killed it with his flow between songs, and was incredibly accommodating and flexible if we had any requests in the moment, and was able to dodge or handle any "questionable" song requests that came his way. We knew that he always put my husband and I's wishes first. We also had multiple people comment on how good the DJ was during the reception, and after the fact! He also went above and beyond to pull heroics the day of to get some of our DIY spot lighting set up that wasn't set up the night prior. Rob was incredible to work with, and just as fun to chat with. He was easy to work with throughout the planning process: professional, detail-oriented, and flexible, all while keeping things relaxed and low-stress. We went with the Royal Package, which included a photo booth and audio guestbook — both were great additions. The photo booth was a huge hit with our guests, and there were plenty of fun props to go around. Most importantly, Shawn really delivered when it came to the music. The ceremony audio was clear and perfectly timed, and during cocktail hour and dinner, he seamlessly incorporated our must-play songs without missing a beat. When it came time to party, he truly read the room and matched the energy of our guests perfectly. The glowing dance floor props were a fun touch, and there were multiple points throughout the night where the dance floor was packed. “Mike and Michele were a pleasure to work with! We recently got married and Mike was our DJ. When we were looking for DJs, we didn't think too much of it...we thought we just wanted good music that would keep people on the dance floor. Just one conversation with Mike changed our minds and we knew we had to go with them. Mike told us that having a DJ was more than just music on the dance floor, it's creating a vibe for the whole event. That's exactly what Mike did. We would say that our wedding would not have been the same without Mike and Michele. From the beginning to the end, Mike was able to create moments and memories for us. Mike is also super personable and easy to talk to. He's also very diligent and on top of everything. We felt we got a wedding coordinator, planner, and DJ all in one package. “In today's world everything is extremely overpriced and service is terrible. My wedding was very stressful for me because of this. I did not have a DJ or a Photographer and honestly was considering just something small scale, until I talked to Ed from DJ Double E. I would give them 10 stars out 5. From the minute I talked to Ed it was a breath of fresh air from the million other outrageously priced DJ's. The price is unbeatable but that's not why I would recommend them. They are absolutely phenomenal and made my entire wedding. The music was perfect from ceremony to the last dance. They were so professional, so involved and so fun. We had a daytime (early) wedding. It is so challenging to get people up and have a good time at 12:30 in the afternoon, I was having meltdowns about it, they reassured me but had the entire place up and having fun. You didn't know if it was day or night. They helped us more than the attendants at the venue. Over 100 guests said how amazing they were. The pictures they took could not be any better. Any other DJ who had packages like this (photo booth etc...) were THOUSANDS, yes THOUSANDS, more!!! I really hate to admit but I'm not easily pleased however I would put my name on the line for DJ Double E after how they made my wedding. DJ Double E exceeded all my and my husband's expectations and -consider yourself lucky if you hire them for any event. I'll be calling them again!!!”
