Stone Ridge Acres is owned and operated by Mike & Sarah Brubaker who reside in McAlisterville, Pa. Our goal is to provide a venue with a country-style, as the land surrounding is still being farmed, but has the elegant appeal that anyone would admire. Located in the rolling hills in south central Pennsylvania, The Granary at Peach Glen offers a rustic and beautiful scene for any wedding celebrations. Views of the South Mountain Appalachian Ridge and surrounding apple orchards provide the perfect backdrop. Couples can use the many locations on the property to exchange vows including the original barn stone foundation. The landscape around the historic Granary allows for cocktails and receptions, while the wedding party takes advantage of the many photo opportunities on the property. In 1902, Elmer Thomas and his wife purchased the plot of land right off Peach Glen Road in Gardners, Pennsylvania. Here they settled and built their family home, while farming and harvesting the surrounding land. The Thomas family has continuously worked to restore and bring the property back to life. We are honored to have such a beautiful and historic piece of history still within the family to share with you for your special day.

The Hauser Hill Event Center sits on 172 spacious acres atop a scenic ridge in the heart of apple country. Enjoy breathtaking views overlooking 40 miles of orchards, forests and farmland. This is the land over which the Confederate Army moved toward Gettysburg in 1863 during the Civil War. The facility includes 10 acres of carefully maintained vineyards and there are plenty of photo opportunities for your wedding, private or corporate event.

The Manor at Mountain View was the perfect find for the owners. The rustic feel with modern-day conveniences was a must. But, what was also a must was to have a venue that the word beautiful could not even describe it but, yet to keep it affordable so that so many people could come and enjoy this spectacular piece of property. The Tavern (Groom's Tavern) has its original barn beams as this was at one time a bank barn. The rustic charm matches the rod iron chandeliers in the room leading to the tavern. In 2007 the former owners built an addition to the facility that speaks volumes, equipped with windows throughout to show off the amazing view... It really is breathtaking. Today the owners have renovated all the rooms in the building but, kept the rustic charm. It brings the family great joy to see so many people happy when they visit the property and to be able to share so many events with the individuals that rent the property is a joy that is indescribable.

Welcome to Wilson’s Bittersweet Barn. Constructed in 1817, Wilson’s Bittersweet Barn was built prior to the civil war and was likely used as a staging area during the Battle of Gettysburg. This aged brick structure is a unique architectural masterpiece that has withstood the test of time. We specialize in Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, and gatherings of various sizes. We established our farm in 1981. Over the years, we have had the pleasure of providing our family and friends a beautiful scenic space for unforgettable celebrations. Battlefield Bed and Breakfast is the dream venue for any couple looking for a historical property in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The Civil War-era barn and farmhouse sit on the Gettysburg Battlefield and allow for indoor or outdoor ceremonies and receptions. The 1820’s Civil War Barn accommodates up to 140 guests and houses a dressing room. It is most comfortable May-November, as the weather affects the temperature in the barn. Caboose Farm is a beautiful, rustic wedding venue located in Sabillasville, Maryland (just north of Frederick, MD) that blends beautiful scenery with convenient accommodations. Located in close proximity to Baltimore; Washington, D.C.; and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the venue offers a charming 220-acre space with access to attractions such as golf, wineries, and hiking. Its scenery also provides a beautiful backdrop for events, with scenic wedding sites to choose from, countryside barn, and pastoral farms and pastures. Inside the event buildling we can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated dinner. For groups over 150, we would have to bring in a tent for the dinner portion of the evening.
