I’m a Sunshine State native, a Pisces, and a lover of the outdoors. Photography is my favorite way to connect with people. The ability to freeze a memory to look back on for years at a time is what kept me wanting more. I am forever in awe that taking photos allows me to create art, while also giving people stories to reflect on down the line.

I’ve always loved photography. Yet, it wasn’t until 2008 when I began to travel internationally for work that decided to bring my Nikon D750. I was amazed when I returned home with the images to experience the magic I captured through my lens. My passion for photography was launched on the streets of Madrid, Rome, Amsterdam and Istanbul. While travel photography captivated me for several years, wedding and family photography snuck in and stole my heart. Swimming deeply in God’s grace, I believe my purpose with my talent is simple. Share love, one image at a time.

I never saw myself having a wedding. Never imagined the venue, the flowers, or the centerpieces. Never had any ideas about what my hair would look like or the dress I would wear. One night I was sitting with my mom and she said “I see you getting married on a beach somewhere, with just a few friends. Then afterwards we have a bonfire and music, and we laugh all night.” It’s like she was living in my brain- that felt so right to me- and I had never seen a wedding like that. I didn’t know that kind of thing was allowed? From then on that’s the only way I’ve pictured my wedding to be one day. That’s what I want to help my couples find.

My parents don’t have professional photos of their wedding. It’s ironic being that I photograph weddings for a living. Long story short, my Grandfather hired a distant cousin as their wedding photographer, his customer service was beyond subpar and pricing was vague. He eventually went out of business and apparently took the photos down with him. It’s a sad story but it is something that fuels my mission as a wedding photographer.
