“TLDR: You will never find a better bar service if you try, I highly recommend Liquid Flair! Stevie P made our special day a time to remember. First of all, in terms of personal touch and customization, Stevie helped us curate specialty drinks that centered around the theme of our wedding including telling us exactly what ingredients were used and why he recommended them. He was instrumental in terms of making sure our bar entertainment would be fully taken care of and worth every penny, and it was! For our rehearsal dinner, we had a mixology class where Stevie and Mike turned our evening into a party while still teaching us a thing or two! They taught a master class on how to create a classic drink but also some Halloween-themed drinks and each step was easy to follow and had its own story, at the end of the seminar I felt like I could be an amateur bartender, or at least be well on my way. On the wedding day itself, they were amazing and kept our guests coming back for more with their sensational cocktails and one of the best simple punches I’ve ever had. The time and effort put into making sure our signature drinks were not unique but the stars of the show (as far as drinks were concerned) was a level of care I haven’t seen in many other vendors I’ve personally dealt with for my own, or other weddings I’ve attended. The show they put on was remarkable, just watching them work and be in sync was something to behold. Stevie went the extra mile, recognizing how hectic the day was for my wife and me trying to manage and see our guests he asked everyone to clear the dance floor so my wife and I could have one last private dance to end the evening. I will never forget that, and he made a friend in me with that act. All in all I can’t rave enough about the service, level of commitment, ease of preparation, how clear the quotes and pricing were, the entertainment value, the overall experience is just 10 out of 10. I would recommend them over and over.”

“I had been planning my wedding in such a particular way when it came to the music because I have always played instruments and often was the source of unique new music for my friends. Any time I got in my car throughout the planning process, I would play down my playlist and daydream about how my wedding day would *sound*. Tyler and I always have music playing while we eat dinner at home. Michael played right off of my list all through cocktail hour and dinner, making my daydreams come true. My guests told me after that they could tell the music was precisely our taste during cocktail hour, and it was such a special time when Tyler and I finally got to eat, our songs were on and it felt like "at home" with Hozier on in the background. Michael did an amazing job reading the room on which songs to play, and was an "active DJ" in that he mixed songs instead of just playing songs straight through from beginning to end. The crowd work was great. Tyler and I had never been to a wedding where there was a crowd person and therefore did not know what to expect at all with that. We were even a little nervous that it could feel cheesy. Michael was perfect!! He kept the energy up and got a room full of people we knew were "non-dancers" on the floor. Perfect balance of slow songs, line dances and he played nothing that I could have thought of as "I wish that song didn't come on." One of my guests requested something weird, totally cleared the dance floor, and Michael saw that so quickly and fixed it right up with a quick Ed Sheeran and the floor was packed. The photo booth was a hit and was set up just as I imagined it! Thank you thank you for making our day absolutely perfect.”

“I could not have asked for a better photographer in any respect. Maya is extremely communicative, warm, welcoming, and excellent at what they do. I was incredibly nervous selecting a photographer because I had no idea what I was doing. During my first meeting with Maya, they put me completely at ease and walked me through the process, their photography philosophy, figured out what my spouse and I would/wouldn’t like in our photos, and even helped us get a sense of how our day’s timeline would go. Since we planned the entire wedding ourselves, their help even from this first meeting was invaluable. Maya and their partner the day-of were an absolute blast to have at the event. Even the usual stiff family formal photos felt fun and organic with their guidance, and they were always up for impromptu shots and suggestions. They make sure that their work is organic, dynamic, and really captures the essence of the couple’s relationship. I asked them to use my Polaroid alongside their professional gear and they were really enthusiastic about the prospect, so now I have a set of excellent Polaroids in addition to their amazing high definition work. My spouse and I will absolutely be going back to Maya in the future for more photography. Some advice: Don’t waste your time shopping around with other photographers. If you’ve found Maya, you’ve found the perfect wedding photographer.”

“Nas was absolutely phenomenal!! We just loved working with her on our wedding day. From the first phone interview, she was professional, courteous, and really wanted to get a feel for our vision of the day. At the wedding, she remained unobtrusive while still managing to capture every memorable detail—we never felt uncomfortable about the camera being there and it all felt very organic. She had an amazingly quick turnaround on the pictures, and we got a sneak peak then received our full gallery before the estimated 30 days! I was extremely satisfied with the number and quality of the pictures: they were true to life and any color editing enhanced, rather than altered, the photos. She did a fantastic job of helping us pose while making the photos look effortless and candid. For the quality, time, effort, and product, I would say that the price we paid was MORE than reasonable. Even my husband, who is very frugal and not big on taking/ looking at pictures, said "wow, this was really worth the money" when we saw the gallery. Without any prompting! “Their communication style was poor, often accusatory and defensive when we tried to clarify details with Kelley. However, the value was great - they allowed our pup to be part of the ceremony, which was a special touch. But we had to get any promises from the coordinator, Kelley, in writing, as many things that were "included" in our initial meeting ended up costing extra. Overall, the lack of transparency and professionalism made planning more stressful than needed but overall the day went very well the ceremony was beautiful and the reception was a blast.”

She was so kind, respectful, and professional during the entire photoshoot. My partner and I can be pretty awkward in photos, but she did a great job directing us and always made sure we were comfortable with the posing. The photos turned out SO beautifully, and we hope to work with Sam again for our actual wedding day in the future!”
