As a life-long flower fanatic and nature enthusiast, a career in the floral industry always sounded like a dream job to me. That dream bloomed into a reality in 2018, when I left my bland corporate job to pursue a full-time career as a floral designer. Since then, I've been knee-deep in flowers, and I would not have it any other way! Bloom and Grow is the physical manifestation of my love for all things floral. Thank you for being here!!

As a designer, I specialize in creating playful & spirited florals that are inspired by nature and all of its natural beauty. As a lover of Mother Earth, I strive to use sustainable & local alternatives in my designs whenever possible (PS - I am a foam free florist!). Exceptional, Professional and Beautiful Flowers!
I had an excellent experience working with Bloom and Grow Floral Design. Lily is a talented florist while being professional and efficient!! She met my budget and not only was I obsessed with my wedding florals, many of my guests commented on what a great job she did! She did 2 meadows (stunning) bouqets, bud vases, welcome floral and boutonniere. Her natural style is described as Garden Style, many different blooms, but I'm sure she could do any style you would want if you briefed her. My bouquet was pretty from all sides I didn't know which way to hold it, I rotated it throughout the day :) When I sold my floral pedestals on FB even strangers said how beautiful they were from the photos. In my case the florals were modern effortless chic and beautiful- not heavy, dated, formal like other styles can be. I do have a bit of vintage inspiration but mixed with modern and fresh- thanks to Lily helping achieve this! We did have the meadows on the pedestals for a more formal look that I loved as well. Lily listened and met my budget which stood out, since I had other florists waste my time with 30 min calls then sent quotes 2X my clearly-stated budget- they were not listening. Next! She asked great questions in our initial call, like what flowers I DIDN’T like, that stood out as a very smart question. As a designer myself I can be particular too. She was patient, open to email communication throughout, and guided me with her professionalism, even helping me with my candle layout to achieve my goal of a beautiful tablescape! Lily understood the position of the bride in the overall craziness wedding planning process, and reduced stress rather than added to it- again a standout among other vendors. I'd recommend Lily to any couple looking for a talented, professional florist who listens, understands her customers (so rare these days!) and delivers on what you ask for, and treats your wedding like it matters. From start to finish, Lily was a joy to work with! After our initial meeting, she understood the vision immediately and came up with recommendations that I did not think about but was just the vibe we were going for. She is great at communicating and brought the vision to life perfectly!!! If you don’t go with her then you are missing out!

Dream Florals
Lily at Bloom and Grow Floral Design was a joy to work with for our wedding florals. I knew from our first phone call that she understood exactly what I wanted and would be my top choice! I just had a feeling. My feeling turned out to be right. Lily was so lovely and accommodating to work with. She worked within my budget and delivered the perfect color palette of flowers using all of my preferred stems. I appreciated all of the small touches, too. She used an asymmetric, heart-shaped bouquet shape which perfectly complimented my dress neckline and all of the boutonnières had flowers that complimented the suit color for the men. Lily more than delivered on the soft, romantic garden vibes for our cottage-inspired candlelit celebration. I would choose her over and over again! Thank you Lily!

Hey, thank you for the lovely bouquet!
I found Lily through YouTube of all places. I knew through her positive vibes she exuded and her gorgeous florals I needed to work with her. Our initial conversation was thorough, but I also felt like I was talking to an old friend. When we say she delivered…she DELIVERED! She executed the vision board…moody, sexy florals that blew me away. I will recommend Lily to everyone I know. Not only does she have incredible talent and a creative eye…she is just such a joy to talk to. Thank you, Lily, you added to the beauty of our wedding day! We love you!
