As a life-long flower fanatic and nature enthusiast, a career in the floral industry always sounded like a dream job to me. That dream bloomed into a reality in 2018, when I left my bland corporate job to pursue a full-time career as a floral designer. Since then, I've been knee-deep in flowers, and I would not have it any other way! Bloom and Grow is the physical manifestation of my love for all things floral. Thank you for being here!!

As a designer, I specialize in creating playful & spirited florals that are inspired by nature and all of its natural beauty. As a lover of Mother Earth, I strive to use sustainable & local alternatives in my designs whenever possible (PS - I am a foam free florist!). I found Lily through YouTube of all places. I knew through her positive vibes she exuded and her gorgeous florals I needed to work with her. Our initial conversation was thorough, but I also felt like I was talking to an old friend. When we say she delivered…she DELIVERED! She executed the vision board…moody, sexy florals that blew me away. I will recommend Lily to everyone I know. Not only does she have incredible talent and a creative eye…she is just such a joy to talk to. Thank you, Lily, you added to the beauty of our wedding day! We love you!

Lily was an absolute dream to work with and truly brought our floral vision to life in the most beautiful way for our wedding! From the very beginning, she spent so much time with my wife and me listening, refining, and thoughtfully adjusting every detail to make sure our florals were not only exactly what we envisioned but also aligned with our budget. We felt so seen, heard, and cared for throughout the entire process. What amazed us most was how gracefully she handled even our last-minute request. She didn’t hesitate or bat an eye! She just stepped in with so much kindness, calm, and attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel genuinely supported while still delivering such exceptional work, but that’s exactly who Lily is! We were so glad Lily was available for our florals - what immediately stood out from our first call was that she cared about matching our vision, was aligned with our values (we loved that the flowers would be locally sourced), and was willing to share tips even at her expense (for example, she encouraged us to reach out directly to a vendor to rent large plants if we wanted to include them; she was transparent that she could on our behalf but that we could save the "middleman" fee if we preferred!). She worked with our budget and helped us explore options that would be the right balance of vision & cost. We also really appreciated that she created a vision board to allow us to see what she had in mind before we signed our contract. And day of, our florals were everything we wanted! I was in love with my bouquet, and we had guests comment on how beautiful the flowers were at both our ceremony and reception. I would strongly recommend reaching out to Bloom and Grow Floral to consider Lily & team for your event!
