We shared some playlists with him for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and the dance floor, and he completely understood the vibes we were going for and ran with it, working in everything from Irish folk songs to KPop Demon Hunters to Bruce Springsteen. So many guests told us the music felt just like “us” and commented on what a great DJ Michael was. As the bride, I even postponed changing into my “late night” dress because I wanted to spend more time on the dance floor! I absolutely recommend hiring District Remix and Michael in particular - you won’t regret it!”

“I can't say enough about Justin! We had an amazing experience working with him for our elopement. He played a VERY important role in our big day, not only as our photographer, but as our witness, sole ceremony attendee, hype man, and what felt like a friend by the end of the day. He went above and beyond our expectations, and our photo session with him was a highlight of our wedding experience. Justin is amazing at his craft, as evidenced by his work. He also has an intimate knowledge of the DC monuments, museums, and various venues that offer great photo ops, so he was very helpful in selecting the Library of Congress as the primary setting for our session post-ceremony. Once we were there, he knew all of the best rooms, corners, and angles to get the best shots. He also identified a few impromptu stops on our path to get shots with the Capitol and the Washington Monument in the background. I couldn't be happier that we were able to get such amazing photos in front of the most iconic spots in DC. Beyond the beautiful photos, Justin has an infectious energy and is so much fun to be around. He will put you at ease while coaching you through poses, and he makes the whole thing so much fun. My husband and I love house music, and it was so important that the music played at our wedding was authentically us. Jeff absolutely nailed it and our guests had a blast, calling it their first "rave wedding"! In addition, the Photo Booth turned out to be exactly what I had in mind. The "glam" filter made everyone look flawless and the attendant was kind and helpful. Guests could print as many copies as they wanted. “We had the pleasure of working with DJ Wong from MyDeejay. A quick review of MyDeejay: They were excellent to work with. They paired us with DJ Wong after we filled out a quick survey about the vibe we wanted for our wedding, and it was smooth sailing from there. It's clear from working DJ Wong that MyDeejay vets their DJs very well and ensures they're all professional and great to work with. Now for DJ Wong: He's got all of the main things you want in a vendor--professionalism, responsiveness, expertise, etc.), but he goes well above and beyond those standards. He provided ceremony music, background music, reception music, and uplighting, but that's just the starting point of everything he did for us. We were PICKY and we had A LOT of requests, and he accommodated them all flawlessly and eagerly. We requested he alter versions of some of our selected songs to adjust for timing, blending parts of songs together, and very particular transitions between songs. He made everything sound amazing! We had not 1, not 2, but FIVE choreographed dances throughout the evening, and he executed the timing of everything perfectly. The sound was incredible! In addition to that, because we were completely over-the-top for our wedding, DJ Wong so graciously and excitedly fulfilled our request to have KARAOKE at our reception. It was SO MUCH FUN!!! We had a very particular vibe in mind from our wedding--we wanted our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner to be classy and jazzy, and then for the reception dancing we wanted a mix of Pop anthems from the past 3 decades--DJ Wong understood the assignment perfectly! We were also at a very large venue and he had to provide sound across many different areas throughout the evening, but he came fully prepared and did an excellent job. We received so many compliments about the ambience for the entire evening, and we attribute that to him! On top of everything else, DJ Wong is an excellent MC and can read a room flawlessly. He kept the vibes up the entire evening, and struck the perfect balance of engaging with the audience and letting the music do the work. We are so grateful we had him for our special day!”

They were up front about pricing and since they have a huge team, able to book me right away! Carissa did my bridal hair and makeup. She talked me through every step of the trial and was able to recreate everything perfectly on the day of. I felt completely transformed and gorgeous. And a huge perk, my hair and makeup lasted all the way through the after party! Danielle & Carissa also took care of my bridesmaids & my mom and mother in law. I had multiple people at the event tell me the bridesmaids had the best hair anyone had ever seen at the wedding! And finally, when I went to pay my bill, my phone face ID did not recognize me and I had to call the fraud department of my bank to authorize the payment. I cant think of a better way to say they made me look like a whole new woman! lol”
