“My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! “These guys were our first vendors hired after we secured our venue and we are SO HAPPY we had them. They are wonderful people and insanely talented musicians, and they are so chill, flexible and kind. Our first venue canceled on us 4 months from the wedding date, and they pivoted quickly and signed on for our new date and venue. They learned two new songs to play alongside two vocalist performances during our ceremony, and jammed out during cocktail hour before becoming our emcees and DJs for the reception. They even made it work when we had a last-minute rain plan go into action. My guests will not stop talking about how great the music was throughout the whole event. Tim and Anthony were nothing but a joy to work with. They are all good vibes and good music. I hope to make it to another of their gigs soon!!! Thank you so much!!!!!”

“Having a band play our Northern Virginia wedding was very important to us. We found Bachelor Boys on Instagram and relished their vibe from the get-go. They felt more personal than the conglomerates with dozens of band. We watched them perform at a showcase in the Baltimore area and loved how they structured their evening with different pairings of band members and instruments - it helped us make an informed decision about the number of instruments we wanted to include. We were wow-ed by Amber at the showcase, and were thrilled to have her emcee our wedding! Communication with the band was very straightforward. We only had a handful of requests, but otherwise, let them play the sets as they saw fit. Truthfully, I can’t remember them taking many breaks because it felt like they played the whole night! Our guests continue to say how excellent the band was! For the ceremony, the band provided a speaker and a representative to press “play” on our music. We also had a trio perform beautifully at cocktail hour. One fun note: we opted for parent dances, and the band had no issues with my Bruce Springsteen deep cut. The singer even channeled his “Boss” to really sound like Bruce! Our dance floor was full from the start, and we loved the sets they played. We had a blast dancing at our wedding - Highly recommend Bachelor Boys!”

Do you want the wedding playlist to be a reflection of you and your spouse's music choices? Then you want to book Summit Events ASAP. Our wedding DJ was Sean Markland and he was just phenomenal to work with. Prior to our wedding we had a lengthy call with Sean; my husband and I were very picky with our wedding playlist and had a rule of absolutely no traditional wedding reception songs or line-dances. We love electronic dance music (EDM) and wanted our wedding to be "festival/show vibes". We pretty much curated our own playlist of EDM, country, hip-hop, folk and I really wasn't sure how our guests would respond (and we really didn't care because it was our wedding), but the way Sean mixed and transitioned the songs and hyped up the dance floor kept the vibes going all night! We used Summit Events for our up lighting too - highly recommend as it was a great way to turn the room from a classy dinner reception to a dance party in one click! The sound quality was great for both speeches and music; we wanted to make sure guests could hear speeches clearly and we had no issues at all even though it was a large room. I also appreciated the Vibo app that we used to plan out our ceremony, entrances, first dances and our playlist for the night - it was a great tool that kept songs and notes in one place. We would definitely use Sean and Summit Events again and highly recommend them for the best night of your life!”

“Overall, we had a good experience with our DJ. He arrived on time, was professional throughout the evening, and kept our guests on the dance floor for most of the night. The music flowed well, and everyone seemed to have a great time. That said, I did spend a lot of time carefully selecting songs that were meaningful to us, and I was a little disappointed that many of those selections weren't played. Some of our requested songs were included, but I had hoped more of our playlist would be incorporated into the evening. The only other issue was that, just before our grand exit, he approached us to mention that he hadn't received enough food. We had paid for a vendor meal for him, so I wasn't sure what had happened, and it didn't feel like the best time to bring it up while we were in the middle of such a special moment. Despite those concerns, he was friendly, punctual, and our guests clearly enjoyed themselves. If having a lively dance floor is your top priority, he does a good job creating a fun atmosphere.”

“I was in my friend’s wedding and she had hired NYX Events to produce her wedding- they did the sound, lighting, centerpieces, Photo Booth, everything! On the big day the space looked stunning. All her photos and videos turned out amazing. The NYX staff was super professional and helpful. “Book All In Entertainment!! Anthony is phenomenal! It's been well over a month since our wedding, and our friends and family are STILL talking about how fun the dance floor was. All because of All In Entertainment! Even our older relatives who couldn't really get up to dance talked about how fun it was to see everyone up on the dance floor having the time of their lives. On the day of the wedding, because we didn't do the bouquet toss and stuff, there was some extra time before dinner. Anthony did a fantastic job figuring out a plan to fill the time and worked with our photographer to make sure the evening went smoothly. He added no stress to our day and truly helped make it magical! I am thrilled that I booked All In Entertainment! And ending the night by joining us on the dance floor and dancing to Bye Bye Bye was a perfect cherry to the night!”

“Our original DJ had a family emergency and I reached out to Jeremy one week before our wedding. He was somehow available which was the greatest miracle of our wedding. We were so stressed and he immediately calmed us down and ended the call with "let's have a wedding!" Given the timing, we didn't have time for another call before the day. He had a comprehensive questionnaire that covered every situation we wanted a specific song for (including our cake cutting song) so another call was not needed and he did everything perfectly. He is extremely adaptable and stepped in so many times without needing to be asked (helping corral people for pictures). He followed every song we wanted (and didn't want), but also was able to nail the vibe when given vague directions (chill love songs during our cocktail hour). The best part was when we opened up the dance floor, my Fitbit logged me as doing "sport" for 2 hours straight at one point and I did over 10,000 steps just from dancing. He kept people dancing and people loved it, my wife and I both had multiple people tell us our wedding was the one of the best they had been to BECAUSE of the DJ. My favorite part was he genuinely loves what he does, you could see the joy on his face when he made a great transition between songs and that energy was infectious. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is extremely organized, professional, and fun. Jeremy, thank you for making our wedding unforgettable!”
