“I don't know if I can put into words how meaningful Drumore Mill is to us after having our wedding there this past weekend. The venue is simply magical. So many of our guests commented on the beauty of the venue and the pictures don't do it justice. We used the historic house for our rehearsal dinner and stayed over night on the main property after our wedding. Every single space has been thoughtfully curated by Thuy and her team. Thuy was a joy to work with and truly cares about the experience every couple has. We already want to go back! Drumore also allows you to choose all your own vendors which was important to us. I also was adamant about having our close family and friends staying close by after our wedding so this was perfect for us! We also got to have a farewell coffee and breakfast in the Grist Mill on Sunday morning which was a lovely farewell for everyone who had traveled so far. We held our ceremony in the pavilion, cocktail hour in the cave, and reception in the barn. Everything was beyond perfect! We only toured one venue because we knew immediately this was the one.”

Having the venue the whole weekend made setting up decorations so much easier and less stressful. The venue, from the house, to outside, to inside the barn, was absolutely stunning. The rustic feel was exactly what we wanted on our wedding day. Being able to have our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at one location was amazing. Having a space for both my husband and his groomsmen, along with my bridesmaids and I to get ready in the day of was perfect. My husband and I could not have picked a better venue to get married at. “I have to say The Barn at Cauffiel was the best venue that my husband and I ever could have picked for our wedding day last April 2025. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while! The whole Jeffrey A. Miller (JAM for short) team there is extremely professional, helpful, and just downright amazing people for organizing your event and catering, whatever it may be. The Barn at Cauffiel estate is gorgeous with a combination of vintage, rustic, and floral beauty. They really have some amazing places to take pictures of everything and our photographers loved the space. They even rent out the house to stay in overnight in case you want to get ready at the house before the ceremony and reception (there’s a gorgeous room with natural lighting on the ground floor that we got ready in)! The food and drinks (lavender lemonade and hibiscus iced tea were my favorites) there are absolutely incredible. Especially the hors d’oeuvres, the ones that stick out in my memory were the salmon cones, prosciutto Manchego croquettes, lamb chops, bacon wrapped scallops, cheesesteak spring rolls, and even a surprise one called “hot date in Nashville” (a cheese stuffed date with what I think was sweet chili sauce. We also got the pretzel bar add on with multiple dips for picky eaters (my niece and nephews). Our dinner was pasta for the vegetarian option, chicken with parsnips puree, and coffee rubbed tomahawk steak with mushrooms and sauces. You will not be disappointed! They also made our cake for us which was delicious as well, we went with a split of strawberry for the bottom layer & bourbon chocolate for the top and middle layer with salted caramel buttercream icing. All of this was already amazing, but by far the best thins about picking this venue was the event coordinators. Lissette & Nicole helped to organize the WHOLE THING. They put together a timeline for everything to happen so I could communicate with the other vendors coming to help. They had organized forms to fill out for seating charts, menu choices, and decorations inventory to keep track of everything. They even followed up with me before, during and after the whole event with any questions or concerns I may have. They were so THOROUGH. Not only that but the assistant coordinator Siobhan worked incredibly hard with tracking the decoration inventory from the house for cocktail hour to the barn for reception dinner was so helpful and on point. She was also so kind and excited about our wedding that she really stood out as a wonderful person. I can’t say enough about how amazing our big day was, so thank you from the bottom of my heart!”

“I can't say enough about the Osbornia Farm team! They were truly amazing! From the moment we booked with them until the night our wedding ended they were so thorough and organized with everything. Shauna and Amy helped make our wedding day run so smooth and planned every little detail for us. Not only did they plan the schedule and details, they took into consideration of everything we said. Amy went above and beyond with helping us set up the church ceremony and then running the rehearsal. Shauna went above and beyond with coordinating with all the vendors before hand and during the wedding. Together, they were both amazing making sure the reception went smoothly. When I became stressed over little things they assured me it would be fine. And it was :) I truly feel the day went so smoothly and perfect because of them. The whole Family is so sweet and I cannot recommend this venue enough. Thank you so much for making our dream wedding a reality. We had so much fun and wish we could do it again :). Thank you! “When I began researching places to have our wedding, we had 1 criteria: we wanted to have our ceremony inside to avoid intense sunlight and heat during the summer. I searched for places that could accommodate this and struggled to find a place where the ceremony would be just as beautiful inside as it would be outside. But then I found Stoltzfus Homestead! I fell in love with the Tobacco Barn, where I could envision a ceremony being so beautiful. The barn is gorgeous and the doors make for a special dramatic reveal of the bride. I also loved that Stoltzfus had two different barns, so the reception could be in it's own unique space and not simply a re-staging of the ceremony space. My fiance and I loved each area of the venue: the bride and groom suites, the lounge (something you won't find at other venues), the secret garden, and the barns. There were so many great spots for photos. Plus, our guests commented on how fun it was to walk around and explore the venue during the reception. Stoltzfus does a great job of managing the wedding day so that you don't have to as the bride and groom. We were very thankful that our family could just enjoy the day while the venue's day-of-coordinator made sure everything ran smoothly. Additionally, during the wedding planning process, the Stoltzfus staff were communicative and helpful. We appreciated their design consultation where we were able to do a trial run of our table set up and see how the decor would look in the spaces. We would recommend Stoltzfus Homestead to anyone looking for a wedding venue in Lancaster!”

“The moment I saw Bohemia Overlook, I knew it was the Wedding venue for us. The Venue is affordable and offers a good amount of accommodations that other venues do not and would cost extra even. The little things do matter, it adds up as we all know. The Venue kept in great contact with me and responded to me right away with questions I had through the whole experience and worked with me. Such a beautiful Venue. Was nervous when I found out a new owner took over, but realized quickly I didn’t need to be. The new owners kept up with the same pace of communication and response time and even on our Wedding day they greeted us and made sure everything was going good. We even got a beautiful view of the water on the hill for some wedding photos. My Wife and I enjoy coming here for different events and the wine room when it’s open. This place will forever be a cherished memory and not everyone can say that they can go back to where they got married. So much more to say about this place, but without going on a rant, just know this place is amazing. To even include how beautiful the barn looks upstairs at night, wasn’t expecting that since we usually see it during the day.”

“We recently had our wedding at Cecil Creek in December, and are still beaming about how incredible the day was. From the moment we met Sam and toured the farm, we knew this was the right spot for us. The service and warmth we experienced on the tour was a perfect indicator of what was to come during the months of planning. Denise was great to work with, and during our details meeting asked us questions we had not even thought of. They had an amazing selection of decorations that we could use, and added extra chairs to the Greenhouse so that everyone had a seat at our ceremony. We had originally been hopeful that we could host our ceremony outdoors if the weather held up and the staff was there to support that dream however when we determined it was too cold they pivoted with grace. While the greenhouse had been our second choice it ended up being the perfect ceremony site and we got compliments from so many guests about how unique and cozy it was. The food and service were absolutely incredible! Luna and her staff had eyes and ears throughout the entire space, and were beyond accommodating to everyone with dietary restrictions and those needing golf cart rides in between spaces during the night. When I pulled a muscle during the dancing, Luna brought me orange slices for electrolytes! That moment encapsulates the incredible hospitality! All of our guests were extremely impressed with the incredible food and menu during cocktail hour and the reception, and we are still getting guests telling us how amazing the staff and the food was throughout the night. We were quite a large event with around 165 guests and the space was absolutely perfect for our size–cozy and yet spacious enough for a large dance floor and dessert bar. We had our cocktail hour in the market which was also cozy but comfortable enough. We liked the flow from the greenhouse, to the market, and finally into the barn to cap off the night. To sum it up once more– this was the best day of our lives and we attribute quite a bit of that joy to the ambience, aesthetic, and mostly service at Cecil Creek Farm. You will not regret working with Sam, Denise, Luna, Mark and the whole team! **Photos courtesy of Jennifer Morris Photography”
