John, James and the team at SMCC are caring and supportive in making your big day dreams come true, without the stress! Every step of the process was clear, simple and catered to our vision. All staff go above and beyond to ensure all your needs are met, without fuss. SMCC was the perfect venue for our wedding, suitable to comfortably accommodate our large families, yet provide an intimate feel, complemented by the classic early 1900s architecture of the venue. The cocktail and bar area, spaced perfectly from the main hall and dancing area made for a great layout. John and his team at SMCC made our dreams come true, down to every detail, going above and beyond. Everything was personalized to our preferences from the food and drinks, to the layout of the event. James even sewed my father-in-law's pants when they ripped during the reception!!! A true Jack of all trades, and right hand man to have with you on your big day. He always made sure I was taken care of and comfortable, checking in frequently throughout the night to ensure we were satisfied with the service.
