Our wedding was a dream, thanks to Marykate’s help!!! Marykate has extensive experience with wedding planning and corporate event planning and offered us great advice along the way. Prior to our wedding, Marykate helped us create the perfect wedding day timeline. She reviewed vendor contracts and provided helpful feedback. Later on, she worked behind-the-scenes to introduce herself and provide vendor timelines to each of our vendors. Additionally, she created both our beautiful welcome sign and seating chart, and skillfully directed our rehearsal ceremony the night before the wedding. Our wedding day was SO relaxing and stress free, knowing that Marykate and her assistant had everything taken care of!! They took care of all of the set-up and coordination with vendors and our venue. They kept us on schedule with our timeline, and they very carefully packaged and stored all of our personal decor and gifts at the end of the night. From the beginning our first meeting together to our wedding day, Michelle was absolutely amazing! Michelle went above and beyond to create our vision for our wedding day. Although we were not able to be in person for many things as we had a destination wedding, Michelle did her very best over numerous phone calls and zoom calls to create the best wedding day ever! She was also great at recommended many of her vendors who she has worked with for many other wedding. Every little detail at the wedding was amazing. Till this day everyone keeps talking about the wedding! It was beyond perfect with no issues at all. I loved that Michelle had a content creator and within a few weeks we were able to see highlights from our wedding day as we wait for our videographer and photographer to share their content with us. I would highly suggest Michelle as a wedding planner and venue designer in a heartbeat. Michelle and her team were very professional and organized.

Kate was a great asset to our wedding! We hired Kate for full planning and she was able to help us with budget, communicating with vendors, day of coordination, putting out or personal decor, and more! We had a large event with a fusion Indian-American wedding. We had an Indian ceremony, lunch, American ceremony, and reception all within the same day. I can’t imagine my wedding without her. It was great to have her help plan throughout our whole engagement and creating timelines, contacting vendors, and dealing with many details up until and through the day of. She was able to pivot quickly as needed like us having to move one ceremony from outdoors to indoors at the last moment. She was able to work under pressure and handled a lot of details and situations throughout the day that me, my husband, and our families didn’t need to handle ourselves. I can’t imagine only having the venue coordinator and not having Kate as our personal coordinator as well. If you are considering hiring a coordinator I would highly recommend Kate!

Wow. We truly can't recommend Demi, Delaney, Alyssa and the Wilder Mind team enough. They were absolutely amazing and truly contributed to the smoothness and ease of our wedding day. My husband and I typically consider ourselves to be a bit of control freaks, but working with Demi and Delaney we were able put our complete faith in them, let our guard down, and know that their team had it all covered. We used Wilder Mind's Day of wedding coordination services and they were on point from day one of working together pre wedding. The team was so experienced and proactive in the planning calls, thorough details, and overall organization. Having Wilder Mind cover all the minute details for the wedding and thinking of things we never would have thought to consider like ceremony seating, timeline details, and overall wedding etiquette was a huge comfort for us amidst the stress of wedding planning. We had our full trust in Demi that she would handle it, and handle it she did. Demi and Alyssa were thoughtful enough to even record 70 videos and photos for us throughout the night and shared them with us before they left, it was so nice to get to relive the beauty of such a special night after it had just flown by! If you are getting married, trust me, you need Rebecca on your team!!! I thought I had everything together for the first few months of wedding planning, but then I quickly realized that I needed another "me" so I began searching for a planner to be just that. We wouldn't change a single thing, and that is all thanks to Rebecca. This is the woman who stood up for us and defended us to those who passionately opposed our decisions, the woman who held my hands and prayed with me and over me before I walked down the aisle, the woman who would sit on our 8pm zoom calls with her lovely kiddos in her lap because it was important to her to help me through the hard stuff when I needed it (and talk me off the ledge lol), the woman who answered all one million of my questions a week before the wedding because she knew my mind wouldn't be able to rest without it, the woman who had a list of backup venues the second the hurricane hit before I even realized my venue was affected, the woman who's first response is always "I've got you, girl", the woman who has inspired me endlessly with her strength, wisdom, and faith, and the woman who I will always now consider my dear friend. Where do I begin? We are beyond grateful for Natalie. She truly made our wedding day a dream and our day couldn’t have ran smoothly without her. We booked Teyanna in 2022 for our August 2024 wedding and did not regret it one bit. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. Planning a small destination wedding in Key West from Tennessee felt overwhelming, especially with a short timeline and tight budget. But from the moment I found Lynn, everything changed.
