I was the head cook at my parents’ restaurant for years, and my uncle owned the Fox and Hounds Restaurant in Newport. Now, I bring that rich heritage to every event. From our first conversation to the moment we bid you farewell at the end of your event, our goal is to make this experience easy and fun for you. Her classical training was complemented by deep nutritional education at The Esalen Institute and the Hippocrates Health Institute. As a sought-after wellness retreat chef and wedding chef, Chef Anna has traveled extensively across the United States and internationally. Her home base is Figure Eight Island, NC. A true hospitality professional, Chef Anna received the Michelin Key award in 2024 and 2025.
