My husband and I got married in Mendocino in early August and chose MacCallum House (or Mac House) as our reception location and couldn't have been happier with how it all turned out. We knew we wanted to get married along the Mendocino coast and the most important things for us were being able to throw a memorable party and have incredible food. During our venue search, we were challenged with the logistics of lodging our guests (around 80) at reasonable price points, quiet hours that would cap our party time and figuring out transportation within a comfortable budget that wasn't cumbersome to our group. We were drawn to the Mac House due to it's insanely convenient location (our guests didn't have to use any cars once they arrived and enjoyed the town at their own pace within walking distance) and beautiful rooms at a very affordable rate but we were hook, line, sinker SOLD when we had dinner at the restaurant and tried their food. WOW. We worked really closely with Summer, who was the awesomely vivacious Mac House coordinator and our personal cheerleader as we embarked on planning our wedding within 6 months. We decided to have our ceremony a few minutes away at Cypress Grove (which the Mac House helped us plan) and due to our party size, opted to host the reception in a tent on the Mac House lawn. Our wedding was truly the best day of our lives and our guests could not stop telling us how incredible the food was, how beautiful the tent looked, and most importantly how much FUN they had. I have to give a special shoutout to the entire staff who worked our event. Everyone was so kind, so attentive, and so lovely that it made a real lasting impression on everyone. I had one guest say to me verbatim "you never really notice the service at weddings but I noticed how amazing the service was at yours". We had multiple people tell us that we had the best wedding food they had ever had (we're both in our late 30s so we take that compliment as high praise as most ppl have been to tons of weddings at that point) and our party kept going till midnight before some of our guests spilled over to the local bars to keep going. The only slight bump leading up to the weekend was that it was clear to us that the Mac House was navigating some moving parts with their business this year (dealing with the aftermath of a really wet winter season, ordering new furniture, etc) and it took a while to get answers to certain questions but honestly, at no point was it stressful and it all worked out beyond our expectations. Saya (the GM), Chef Alan, and Summer are all wonderful people and they worked their tails off to give us an incredible weekend that we and our family and friends will never forget. We are huge fans of the Mac House and their entire team and can't wait to go back and visit again.

My daughter had a quick engagement so finding a location for her wedding and reception was tricky but Malibu came through! They accommodated us and we had the ceremony outside on their property since there were no permits available for the grass area nearby. Suzy and Riley were incredible with their communication, planning and help throughout the process and we were blown away with the setup the day of the wedding...they far exceeded our expectations! The food was delicious and the whole setup turned out beautifully!. I highly recommend Malibu Farms!!!

The Carlsbad Windmill is a beautiful venue and I loved having it as an all in one package. It made wedding planning so easy while still being customizable in many ways. We had an amazing day and everything went smoothly. As a bride, I did not have to worry about much. My only caution is that they can change the food options at their discretion so the food that is there when you book with them may have slight changes when you get to closer to your actual wedding date. This was not a big deal for us but they did change the filet mignon option to a sirloin. Other than that, every one we worked with there are kind and helpful. They are quick to answer any questions you have throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to plan a wedding in the area. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all on the same property/building which makes a very easy transition for the guests from place to place. Many beautiful options for photos on site as well along with the beach and flower fields close by.

When The Century advertisement popped up on my Facebook in December 2023, I knew I had to go and see it for my own eyes. A week later, I booked an appointment and first met with Crystal Brouwer. She gave me the tour, and I absolutely fell in love with the venue. Crystal was so patient, honest and understanding. I knew I had to book this venue, and lo and behold; May 25, 2024 was booked for me (and my fiance) of course. Then I met Tatiana Lopez. My coordinator, savior and all around superwoman. She coordinated our tasting, our floral appointments with decorations… I must have emailed her over 500 times. And she was so patient, understanding and she also alleviated any anxiety. All the small details, the big details, the details I didn’t even think of… she got it done! Chef Robert Root was in charge of our Buffett dinner. Our first tasting did not go as well, so we were able to do another one. Needless to say; the dinner was a success. (Guests would not stop complimenting the food.) The day of my wedding; Tatiana was there every step of the way. I would have forgotten to eat and drink if it weren’t for her! I blinked and I swear everything was going by so fast, and Tatiana was here to cue us and kept the timeline on track. Before I knew it, everything was packed and ready to go for us. It was all so flawless. And that is because of Tatiana! Thank you The Century team!l for making my wedding day dreams come true!

Our daughter was married August 13, 2023 at Churon Winery. We started off renting a venue and were going to do "a do it yourself wedding". We quickly realized we are not professional wedding planners and it was going to be stressful for all of us. Weddings are suppose to be fun and enjoyably memorable. We live in Temecula and know the wineries, services, and grounds. We've always been impressed with Churon Winery especially the wine servers Valerie and Dani who always gave us a good wine tasting experience. We reached out to the wedding planner Meilee and were not disappointed with her or the entire staff at Churon. They were all excellent including Enrique the Chef, Christopher the server and bartender, Rosa from housekeeping and Rob, Lisa and Julie at the front hotel check in counter. They went over and above to accommodate our wishes, constant questions and changes throughout the whole months of planning. The food and service was excellent. Meilee, the Wedding/Events Coordinator, based on her experience made excellent suggestions that we would have never thought of. She gave us her personal phone number and told us to call anytime we had a question or concern throughout the months of planning. We did and she always answered or got back with us ASAP. She even insisted that she would come in and meet with us or her days off. We never took her up on that offer but knew she would have come in on her days off. The wedding went of flawlessly and the bride, groom and parents had a wonderful wedding day due mainly to Churon's organization and staff's work ethic. Many of our guests mentioned what a great venue and beautiful wedding. Another positive is Churon has a hotel on the grounds and the rooms are large and beautiful. Many of our guests stayed there before and after the wedding and loved the experience. Thank you to Churon for creating a perfect day.

Since we live on the East Coast and majority of our families reside in the Bay Area, we wanted to find a venue that could provide an all-inclusive package and bring our vision to reality - and Redwood Canyon checked all of those boxes... even going above and beyond. We are very happy with the entire process that led up to our special day and the outcome of our wedding. *1 year prior to the wedding* They kept us updated with some of the renovations they were making at the time. When we wanted to do a physical tour in June 2024, they fitted us into the schedule and showed us the actual colors of table cloths, napkins, lighting, etc. *8 months prior to the wedding* The wedding team sent us an invitation to the Fall Wedding Extravaganza Fair for late October 2024. We unfortunately couldn't make it, but they accommodated us by including our friend couple residing in the Bay Area to take over our place. Our friend couple FaceTimed us during the entire event to make us feel like we were there! They commented how it was nice to try out all the food options they had in the package to know what foods the couple would like to finalize for their wedding day. They also enjoyed the fun activities the DJ curated - there were two opportunities to win a prize from those activities. *5 months prior to the wedding* This was a two-hour call with the wedding team to go over our vision and details. I forgot the name of the person assisting us, but she was very patient and fun to talk with! She reassured us that if there were changes we'd like to make over the next few months, they'd be happy to accommodate. A few months later, vendors contacted us to further discuss additional details - officiant, cake, DJ, and florist. *1 week prior to the wedding* We had Jacoby as our amazing wedding coordinator and Ana to assist on our special day. They reviewed and confirmed details as well as what to expect on our Rehearsal Day, which was a day prior to our wedding. We loved their positive attitudes and professionalism throughout the process! *Wedding Day* Despite how fast and chaotic it felt, we truly appreciate Jacoby and Ana for keeping us on the right pace, consistently checking in with us, and making sure we were happy and comfortable throughout the day. If there was something I, my husband, our wedding party, and family needed, they were quick to provide it. They also knew where to put our decor and took some behind-the-scenes photos to share with us after our wedding. We had our photographer, Hayden from A Perfect Impression, who suggested all the right poses, shots, angles, and places to take our photos. Our DJ, Saul, was very accommodating with a song request and some changes that we communicated through email and text - the vibe of the ceremony and reception was perfect. The food was fantastic, the photobooth provided high-quality images that we could receive through a texted link. *Overall* If we could rate it more than 5 stars, we totally would! We are truly happy that we chose Redwood Canyon for our wedding - an amazing and friendly team with a beautiful venue that accommodated 80 of our guests!

Saratoga springs is a breathtaking venue. I absolutely loved my space. The staff are caring, communicative, detailed and super easy to work with. We used the Redwood Grove space. It is secluded and intimate. Beautifully covered in trees. The space is amazing and green and so earthy. The staff sets up your space and pulls down your space (if hired). They pay amazing attention to detail and were eager to ensure that my space was everything I wanted. The only issue I have is the short amount of time you are allotted to be on site. You cannot get ready there and you only have one hour to explore the venue and take all the pictures on site that you want. Which on a wedding day is chaotic. It would be nice to have more time to explore the space especially for the cost of renting a space. Other than the time constraints everything is organized, and amazing. The food is amazing and we for so many compliments on our food! The space overall is beautiful and is a place I would recommend to anyone with how attentive the staff are.

Our wedding was a dream and there is nothing we would have done differently. The venue, decor, and atmosphere provided by the Wedgewood team felt perfect and personal. We are especially thankful to our coordinator Katey, who made us feel welcome and taken care of. She truly went above and beyond for us and we couldn't have imagined a better person to be our coordinator. Our banquet captain, Christina, was lovely and it meant a lot that she constantly came to check on us throughout the night and made sure we had everything we needed. We also want to thank Andrea, our DJ, who helped us modify our timeline on the fly when we were running a bit late and was right on point with our music. One of the most special moments was our private dance at the very end of the night. Andrea played our song and then both she and the Wedgewood staff turned away and let us have the moment completely to ourselves. It was a moment I will never forget and I'm so thankful that we stumbled across Canopy Grove and decided to tour the venue (in fact, it was the only wedding venue we toured because we knew right away). We are eternally grateful and Canopy Grove will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you!

We are so happy we went with Chabot Space and Science Center for our wedding. We wanted something unique that also aligned with our interests -- our background in physics, astronomy, and space. The staff at Chabot are incredibly kind and were quick to respond to our emails and questions. The space was incredibly expansive and unique for our guests. The planetarium ceremony was our favorite part, and we will treasure those memories forever. As an educator myself, I fully appreciate that Chabot is a non-profit organization and that my deposit/rental fee goes back to the community and staff. Thank you again for making our day so special!

We had the most beautiful wedding at Truffle Pig Winery by Wedgewood. From the fairytale-like venue to the planning team, to the food and dessert, everything truly exceeded our expectations. We planned our entire wedding in just three months, but the Wedgewood team kept us organized, on track and supported every step of the way. Choosing their all-inclusive package made the process so much easier, we didn’t have to stress about finding a caterer, DJ, or wedding planner because everything was seamlessly handled for us. This allowed us to focus on the décor and all the special details that made our day everything we could have ever wished for. Although we barely had time to eat, we heard from countless guests that the food was absolutely delicious. So many people raved about how great everything tasted. Our wedding day was perfect and we genuinely couldn’t be more grateful for the entire Wedgewood team. They are truly exceptional at what they do, and there was always someone available to answer questions, provide guidance and support us in every moment. I cannot say enough great things about Alison especially. She guided us through the planning process, our rehearsal and the entire wedding day with such professionalism, kindness and expertise. I’m someone who is extremely hands-on with every detail, yet Alison earned my complete trust. She handled everything so seamlessly that I was able to truly relax and be fully present, something I honestly didn’t think would be possible. She made sure every member of our wedding party felt supported and knew exactly where to be and when. She oversaw the setup of all our rentals, coordinated our décor and double-checked every detail to ensure everything looked perfect. She communicated with all our vendors, kept us on schedule and handled anything that came up before I even knew about it. She truly went above and beyond, she even stayed later than scheduled because I didn’t want her to leave. Because of Alison, our day was absolutely flawless. I also want to acknowledge and thank Maddie, Amanda, Ramey, and Crystal for being so kind, patient, and thorough throughout the entire planning process. These ladies never missed a single detail. Ramey was actually the first person we met and she gave us such a warm, informative tour of the venue. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and made us feel confident and excited from the very beginning. We are so grateful for this entire team and would recommend them wholeheartedly to any couple looking for a group of professionals who truly care and make the experience feel effortless.

We were so grateful to find an affordable venue in DTLA that had an exterior space for a ceremony interior space for wedding event. The bonus was that the space came with rustic farm tables, chairs, basic lighting & string lights, bar, and pipe and drape. After looking for months - nowhere else in the city offered the value and the wow-factor that Seventh Place did. The staff was attentive, detailed, and thoughtful. Highly recommend to attended one of their open houses, or see if you can take a tour while an event is being setup, that way you can see the space in use. The staff provided sample floor plans for researching how best to use the layout effectively. Things to consider: no kitchen, but if your caterer can prep/heat elsewhere, a buffet style or cooked outside on mobile kitchen worked perfectly. The greenery/ivy is breathtaking on camera - but beware, certain times of year the ivy drips/rains droplets of sticky sap. Not an issue but be mindful of dresses/suits standing beneath it. Parking was easy, load in/out was very easy as well. The space was turn-key, with everything setup as requested when we arrived.

Booking our wedding with Occasions at Laguna Village was the easiest and best decision we could’ve made! Planning a destination wedding was so seamless because of the all inclusive nature of the venue but also because of their amazing wedding producer Dayna! On the day of, she and her team executed everything perfectly. I wasn’t stressed or worried on the day of because of her! Working with the provided vendors was a great experience. Her arrangements and execution of our vision was spot on. Rossmoor pastries provided our delicious and beautiful cake and they worked with Dayna for the delivery and setup. Epic 1 DJ kept the party going and everyone got on the dance floor throughout the night. He also did a great job at executing the timeline and kept things running smoothly. Lastly, the catering by the Cliff restaurant was phenomenal. Andrew was so great to work with and really accommodating. During our tasting it was hard to select the meal because everything was so delicious. When you choose the Golden State, you're getting exceptional natural lighting for your ceremony across diverse settings from Mediterranean coastal zones to alpine mountain backdrops. Each region has its own distinctive character that can perfectly match your vision.
