Can’t overstate what an incredible experience we had with the Oviatt. Not only was the venue perfect for wedding, but the staff truly made the entire planning and day-of experience so smooth and welcoming. The space is gorgeous and one-of-a-kind - we didn’t have to decorate at all, there were so many little spaces and pockets guests to explore and mingle in, all the original art deco decor and furnishings were so cool. We didn’t have to add anything (but could have brought in outside rentals and vendors if we wanted) - the venue rental includes seating for the ceremony and reception, the rooftop lounge was fully furnished was lounge furniture, the terrace is already decorated with bistro lighting, twinkle lights and ivy walls, and there is lounge seating throughout the indoor space. Also included were cocktail tables, easels for signage, tables for our buffet set up. All of these things at other venues we looked at were either additional costs or we’d have to bring in additional vendors to supply. What really made the experience though was the Oviatt staff - Lindsey and Gabe are both so friendly, approachable, welcoming and supportive. Other venues we looked at were all business, had a “take it or leave it” vibe and kind of made us feel like we should be grateful for even to be given the chance to have an event there; Lindsey and Gabe were the exact opposite - they weren’t just trying to rent out a space, they were helping us host our wedding and doing everything they could to make sure our plans were realized. They provided us with so much information beyond what was required of them - they had a whole packet with a suggested timeline for planning, a Planning Pod tool that enabled us to track our vendors and plan out our floorplans and seating charts, lists of vendors we needed to consider and decisions we needed to make. Gabe had an actual meeting with us to discuss what we were looking for in a venue and our wedding, and have is all of this information we even booked the space. Lindsey followed up with us periodically in the months leading up to the wedding to remind us of what we needed to be taking care of and making sure we were on track. Both of them were always generous with their time answering our many questions and being flexible in accommodating our requests. We felt so supported and cared for throughout the entire process, and felt more like we had friends in our corner than like we were coordinating with a vendor. Truly cannot say enough about how wonderful this team is and how appreciative we are. We looked at practically every venue in the downtown/northeast LA area, and this one not only blew away the competition in what they offered, but it was also the most affordable option! It’s really like having the efficiency of an all-inclusive venue without the restrictions. And of course all of our guests loved it - we are still getting comments on how unique and beautiful the space was, and how much everyone enjoyed having so many different spaces to explore and congregate throughout the evening. Best decision we could have made.

We just had our wedding at Fallbrook Estate this past Friday and are still in awe at how perfect it all was! From the moment we toured the venue one year ago with Mikayla, we knew we were making the right choice. The Fallbrook Wedgewood team made the wedding planning process such a breeze. We always felt very supported and they were quick to answer any questions and offer any advice leading up to our event. They are a dog friendly venue, which was super important to us when making our decision! We also had the pleasure of getting Mikayla as our day-of coordinator (full circle moment) and she was the absolute BEST! All the decor was set up exactly how we wanted it, and she helped keep us on schedule for the day. She was super sweet and even brought our dog, Delilah, a bowl of water before the ceremony :) DJ was our banquet captain and he was INCREDIBLE. He made sure that we had food and kept our drinks flowing all night, and was even kind enough to pack us a little bit of everything to take home! Another thing we are extremely happy with was how great the food was. Our guests are still raving about it, and everyone says it's some of the best wedding food they've ever had! We are so so grateful to Mikayla, DJ, and the entire Fallbrook team for making our big day so magical. Truly something we will cherish forever. We would highly recommend Fallbrook Estate and the Wedgewood team to anyone - you won't regret it!

My husband and I have both been training in medicine for the past few years so were quite worried about pulling off a nice wedding given how little time we could dedicate to planning. We are SO grateful to Wedgewood Carmel for our amazing experience! Planning was so straightforward and relatively stress free. We toured the venue once (and had a great time, as the staff there are excellent and very helpful), and then from there received a binder in the mail and a series of scheduled phone calls to keep us on track (these were easy to arrange and reschedule which was super helpful since I often didn't what my schedule would be like in a month or two). We had a list of vendors to reach out to (cake, florals) who were also all phenomenal and overall it was fun to just tick of each box. We did not end up needing an outside wedding planner which was fantastic! We were slightly worried that we wouldn't be able to customize as much for the wedding- but we actually got to pick a LOT of the details, and then Wedgewood was very great about letting us bring our own decor and flair to the wedding, and was very supportive (for example, I brought a lot of ceramics to give away and had a plushie toss, and they were able to incorporate this super easily). We were able to customize our menu from a wide range of choices, make our own signature drinks, etc. The weekend of- Alycia and Ashley were phenomenal. Alycia helped us do rehearsal and organize a bunch of people who had just gotten off long plane rides, and simplified everything so that we were all reassured. We went through our day details (which we had also done on the phone) and dropped off our decor, and that was it! Our actual wedding day was beautiful- our ceremony was outside with gorgeous weather in October. The oak trees were a really nice place to take post-ceremony photos and at the very end of the day we went to the nearby beach (which you could also use for a beach wedding) to take photos. All the decor was laid out by Alycia/the staff beautifully, the food was excellent (Ashley brought us a plate with all the food, which was greatly appreciated since we otherwise wouldn't have eaten). The DJ was very good, the photographers (we used the recommended API photographers) were excellent- all in all, we had an amazing day and everything went smoothly, and people seemed to have a good time. We couldn't be more happy! Definitely recommend Wedgewood (especially to those who are very busy).

The Carlsbad Windmill is a beautiful venue and I loved having it as an all in one package. It made wedding planning so easy while still being customizable in many ways. We had an amazing day and everything went smoothly. As a bride, I did not have to worry about much. My only caution is that they can change the food options at their discretion so the food that is there when you book with them may have slight changes when you get to closer to your actual wedding date. This was not a big deal for us but they did change the filet mignon option to a sirloin. Other than that, every one we worked with there are kind and helpful. They are quick to answer any questions you have throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to plan a wedding in the area. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception are all on the same property/building which makes a very easy transition for the guests from place to place. Many beautiful options for photos on site as well along with the beach and flower fields close by.

Let me start by saying that the Secret Garden and the Epic Coordination team made all of my wedding dreams come true! I recently got married at the Secret Garden on April 28th, 2024. It truly was the most magical day of my life not just because I was marrying my soulmate, but because of the amazing coordination team that made our vision come to life. It was the first venue that my husband and I looked at, and we immediately fell in love with it. We loved that it was a beautiful indoor and outdoor garden venue, but we also loved how they offered an all-inclusive wedding package. They have a list of recommended vendors, including DJ, caterer, florist, photography/videography, and so much more. They give you the option to choose a vendor that they don't have on their recommended list, but we did everything through them and I wouldn't have had it any other way. They really offer the best-of-the-best professionals that know exactly what they're doing. A special shoutout to our coordinator, Laura, for being so organized and making sure everything was perfect on our big day! When it came to the day of the wedding, the entire timeline flowed seamlessly. None of the guests were left waiting around or wondering what was going on because the coordination team was so on top of everything! Everyone at our wedding, including myself and my husband, had an amazing time. Another thing to mention was that the communication with the Secret Garden and their team was beyond excellent! Any question I had, they answered promptly and made sure that the planning process was seamless. I had an enjoyable experience planning our wedding thanks to the support from the Secret Garden and Epic team! To conclude, my wedding day at the Secret Garden was literally the happiest day of our lives! It couldn't have been more perfect. If you're envisioning a fairytale garden wedding like I was, choose this venue!

During the event and well after, our guests were gushing over how unique and picturesque our venue was! Our absolutely favorite part of the venue was working with Jonathan and Jessie! One word: Perfect. As someone who suffers from severe anxiety, I can honestly say I have never felt more at-ease and confident than while working with the Wedgewood Weddings Redwood Canyon team -- they always had our backs, kept us on track, and made us feel taken care of. From the first venue visit, during the planning meetings, all the way until the rehearsal and wedding day, the professionalism, clear communication, planning resources, and organized approach made for a seamless experience. We worked with Allison as our Wedding Planner and Coordinator and I firmly believe that she is one of the main reasons our wedding went as incredibly as it did. Redwood Canyon, provides a planning binder as soon as you sign that includes monthly checklists ahead of the wedding to help keep you organized in between planning meetings. It is also filled with valuable information about the wedding planning process, examples, vendor questions, and general guidelines. It helped us structure the planning process without losing the ability to truly personalize our event. Every meeting we had with the planning team was concise, direct, and organized -- it helped us stay on track throughout the process and gave us the opportunity to discuss ideas and ask for advice (which they are also more than happy to give via email). Super responsive and accommodating -- we were so impressed with how easy the process was. We also partnered with their recommended Bakery, DJ, and Florist as part of our vendor team, and the coordination between venue and vendors was absolutely seamless...by the time the week of the wedding rolled around all the main aspects were locked in and we knew the event was in good hands. The wedding day itself was perfect. Allison served as our Day-Of-Coordinator, and together with Jacoby (co-coordinator), Liv (banquet captain), Liz (banquet captain), and rest of the team (cooks, servers, bartenders) we had the most incredible wedding. We arrived at the agreed-upon time on the day of the wedding, and from that moment onwards, the Redwood Canyon team took over to deliver the best experience. They were organized, calm, kept us well hydrated and fed, and kept everything on track for us all night. We were able to confidently hand off the reins -- we didn't have to think of anything all day other than having a good time and enjoying our day as much as possible, trusting that all the logistics were in good hands. Overall, the venue itself was gorgeous. We had our ceremony in the Arbor Lawn, our Reception in the Grand Ballroom (we initially chose the venue primarily because of the dance floor), and rented out the Rose Room for the Cocktail Hour. Everything was included and beautifully decorated with all our desired personal touches, the food and drinks were delicious, and the planning and coordination services must be some of the best in the business. I can't imagine a more incredible experience than what we had and am so thankful for the Redwood Canyon team's care and professionalism -- especially Allison, who we were fortunate enough to work with from first meeting through the day-of. The wedding day went off without a hitch and I couldn't recommend the Redwood Canyon team more 3

So happy with WW. They answered all questions I had throughout the process and were easily accessible. The Retreat was such a beautiful venue and they did such a great job. A lot of our guests said “it was the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to”. Super on top of it! I’m a little neurotic with planning in general and they followed instructions perfectly and even went above and beyond. Only issue - don’t get Tom as your DJ, or else you’ll be disappointed because he doesn’t do remixes or follows instructions diligently. He was good at making announcements, but as far as music goes, I would have been better off playing music off of my phone. They have a DJ that you’re required to use as part of the package because it’s in a residential neighborhood, but they do have other DJ’s aside from Tom. Otherwise everything else that WW did was fantastic.

Our wedding was a dream and there is nothing we would have done differently. The venue, decor, and atmosphere provided by the Wedgewood team felt perfect and personal. We are especially thankful to our coordinator Katey, who made us feel welcome and taken care of. She truly went above and beyond for us and we couldn't have imagined a better person to be our coordinator. Our banquet captain, Christina, was lovely and it meant a lot that she constantly came to check on us throughout the night and made sure we had everything we needed. We also want to thank Andrea, our DJ, who helped us modify our timeline on the fly when we were running a bit late and was right on point with our music. One of the most special moments was our private dance at the very end of the night. Andrea played our song and then both she and the Wedgewood staff turned away and let us have the moment completely to ourselves. It was a moment I will never forget and I'm so thankful that we stumbled across Canopy Grove and decided to tour the venue (in fact, it was the only wedding venue we toured because we knew right away). We are eternally grateful and Canopy Grove will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you!

My husband and I  got married at Truffle Pig Winery by Wedgewood Weddings last October, and I honestly cannot imagine a more perfect or stunning place to get married. The vineyard is absolutely breathtaking — rolling vines, gorgeous scenery in every direction, and such an elegant yet warm atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, it felt magical and serene and the minute we walked in we knew it was going to be the place to have our most special day. The venue itself is incredibly well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. Every space flowed beautifully, from the ceremony area to cocktail hour and reception. Our guests could not stop talking about how gorgeous everything was, and the photos turned out unreal because the backdrop is just that good. What truly made our experience exceptional, though, was our coordinator Crystal. She was an absolute angel from start to finish. Crystal went above and beyond in every possible way — organized, calm, kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. She answered every question, anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had, and handled everything seamlessly so we could truly relax and enjoy our wedding day. I truly forgot about everything that still needed to be done on the wedding day jus to find as I walked down the aisle that everything was made to be perfect. Having her there made all the difference, and we felt so supported and cared for the entire time. Truly I feel like we have made a friend for life in her and we can’t thank her enough.  If you’re considering Truffle Pig Winery, I cannot recommend it enough. Between the jaw-dropping vineyard setting, the professionalism of Wedgewood Weddings, and the incredible support from Crystal, it was truly the wedding of our dreams. We will cherish our experience here forever and will forever continue to recommend it.

Gosh we love them. They were life changing! Our initial tour with Corina was so phenomenal and she sold us immediately. All of our planning meetings throughout the process were well organized and prepared and we always felt heard and supported. Our day of coordinator, Robert, was absolutely incredible!! He was so calm and cool before the ceremony and then helped us amp it up to an insanely fun celebration afterwards. Can’t say enough good about him. Even our friends and family were saying amazing things about him throughout the night and the days to follow. DJ maestro (the included DJ package) assigned us the best DJ ever (DJ Gerald) and he created such a fun atmosphere for the dance floor. He also crushed it with balancing MC’ing and nailing all the cues. Esteban was our late night banquet captain and he was so amazing, really attentive and kind. Moments in Bloom KILLED IT and gave us the florals of our dreams as well. Overall, we genuinely cannot even express how happy we were with our wedding day and night and the entire process leading up to it and that is all thanks to Wedgewood.

I don’t even know where to begin. When I first took a tour of Belle Vista. I already knew that this is exactly the venue I want. The scenery, the architecture, the ambiance. It was absolutely surreal. However, you can always rent any venue. But one thing that differentiates belle vista from any other venue is the owner Rima. If you are thinking of renting this venue for your special day, I can tell you right now you will not just be renting a venue. You will be booking a place that is beyond just that. Rima is absolutely incredible in every aspect. I have never felt so much trust and love from a coordinator/venue before my day. Rima will absolutely take care of you and she will prioritize every single desire you have. As a bride, the stress becomes overwhelming. However with Rima by my side I felt confident, at ease, and taken care of. To me that is what I look for when I choose a place to host the most important day of my life. If you are reading this and debating whether you should book Belle Vista Gardens for your special day. I urge you to book immediately because you will not just be hosting a beautiful venue, but you will feel like a guest at your own event. That is something you could not say about any venue, but you can at Belle Vista. Thank you so much Rima for allowing my husband and I to have the most special day of our lives, and now we can go forward looking back at a memory that was not only beautiful, but memorable because of our amazing host, Rima.

Churon Winery is pure magic. We cannot possibly thank the team at Churon enough for the magic that they created on our wedding day. We would highly encourage all considering Churon to cease their search. Churon has everything you could imagine and more. We chose Churon Winery as our venue for so many reasons, and Meilee, the venue coordinator, was one of the main reasons. Meilee cares so much about her couples as her clients. She is attentive to every detail, exceptionally responsive, accommodating to ideas, and so very kind. She is knowledgeable and does not leave any detail untouched. She gave us a great deal of confidence that we were in good hands. And, she gets the job done above and beyond what we could have expected. Churon’s staff is so kind. From Danni in the wine tasting room to Julie’s welcome at the front desk to Chef Enrique and his entire staff to Paola and her housekeeping team. Our stay was a delight. All guests receive a free glass of wine upon check in where they are welcomed by the best tasting staff. The rooms are a dream and easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Paola keeps the rooms immaculate. You walk in and think you are walking into a room in Tuscany, Italy. The hot air balloons rise every morning and this is visible from right outside the rooms. Our guests got to enjoy this sight with coffee on their balcony or on the inn terrace each morning. Breakfast is complimentary each morning of your stay and this breakfast outdoes any breakfast: eggs benedict, croissant sandwiches, omelets, orange juice and mimosas, and so much more. Our guests could not believe the service. Staying onsite was a lovely touch as we all had the morning to enjoy ourselves before the ceremony. Chef Enrique outdid himself with the food for the reception. Guests raved about the food. He clearly takes pride in his recipes. He even makes his own Chardonnay dressing for the salads! We also had a delightful time at our tasting. The venue itself is a vision. From the gazebo where you say “I do” to the many vineyards that sit in the distance to the market lights lighting the reception area. Each part of the evening has its own section, so the flow of the day is flawless. Set up and take down was also flawless. Meilee and Paola think of every detail; we had nothing to worry about. And, one of the best parts is that your room is just steps away. The Churon team has become like family to us. We never could have imagined that signing a contract with Churon would enter us into a phenomenal community of people that we look forward to visiting for many years to come. We became wine members because we are so excited to stay connected and plan to celebrate on our anniversary there every year. We highly recommend Churon for all size weddings and especially for those seeking an intimate ceremony that offers you the opportunity to celebrate and spend time with guests all weekend. Thank you, Churon team. We are so very grateful for all you have invested in us. We will be living in this dream for many years to come and owe you a lifetime of thanks. Truly. See you next month to enjoy more wine on the terrace!

We are so happy we went with Chabot Space and Science Center for our wedding. We wanted something unique that also aligned with our interests -- our background in physics, astronomy, and space. After a number of visits to potential wedding venues that just didn't feel right, my wife and I felt like a miracle had happened when we found Seventh Place. Seventh Place is a venue where you can truly execute your own vision, whatever it may be, while the space still brings a quality and characteristic that feels so unique to wedding venues. Having moved to Los Angeles from New York City, my wife and I were hoping to bring a bit of that Brooklyn energy to our wedding day, and the lovely brick interior and beautiful courtyard here absolutely helped deliver that. The space (and staff) was so flexible that it was easy to achieve exactly what we imagined for the big day, and our point person Lorraine was extremely helpful and communicative in the months and weeks leading up to our wedding. The interior is beautiful, with enough space for us to host 150 guests at large family-style tables (the wooden tables Seventh Place has are very very nice), and still have more than enough room for dancing and a cozy and comfy lounge area. Besides being the perfect setting for our ceremony, we hosted the dessert table and some more seating and cocktail tables outside in the courtyard, which has a lot of greenery all around and plenty of shade, making it easy to forget you are in DTLA. The hedge wall outside on the street also served as a great backdrop for our family photos (we put down some turf on the street). We are both so thrilled with how our wedding turned out, and the setting was a major factor in the success of the day. Seventh Place was an exceptional (and very well-priced!) venue with a wonderful team who made the process very easy for us. They also host a great preferred vendor open house which was a big help in wrapping our heads around the wedding planning process, and seeing the space in action! We can happily and confidently recommend Seventh Place as a venue for your big events!

Tracey, Leslie, and Lacey from the CRC staff were amazing in every way. They were helpful, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us. Tracey was absolutely amazing in every way. From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey, she offered vendor recommendations and shared her honest, thoughtful opinions, which we truly appreciated. Throughout the process, Tracey regularly checked in with me, making sure I felt supported and didn’t have any unanswered questions. When it came to our rehearsal and the big day itself, Tracey went above and beyond. She ensured every detail aligned with our vision, kept everything running smoothly and on time, and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. Her presence brought us so much peace of mind. There’s no doubt in our minds — our wedding wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without Tracey. She was an essential part of making our day perfect.

The team at Jefferson Street Mansion By Wedgewood Weddings was fantastic to work with throughout our entire wedding planning process. They communicated with us consistently and ensured all of our appointments were scheduled and completed as agreed. Everything about our wedding day was amazing - the food was delicious, the bar was great, and our guests raved about how fun the celebration was. The coordinator, Sophia, made sure our day went exactly according to plan and even put together a cute video for us. We also received a very personal thank you card from the venue, which made us feel so taken care of. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and the entire staff was incredibly sweet. We highly recommend Jefferson Street Mansion By Wedgewood Weddings for any couple looking for a stress-free, all-inclusive wedding experience.
