An exceptional evening of live music that I won't soon forget! This local venue/cultural center is a hidden gem in our community, offering an intimate and warm atmosphere that you just can't get at larger commercial venues. The acoustics were absolutely perfect, the seating was comfortable, and every spot in the room felt like the best seat in the house. The real heart and soul of this place, however, is the owner. Her passion for the arts and culture, and dedication to bringing incredible talent to our city shines through in every single detail. From the moment you walk through the door, she welcomes you like an old friend, ensuring you feel right at home. It is so rare to see an owner this hands-on, deeply involved, and genuinely invested in both the artists and the audience's experience. If you want to support and experience authentic live music locally, look no further. I will definitely be back for many more shows!

U&I is a unique center for social gatherings.Marzie, the owner puts all the efforts she can to fill this place with love and great hospitality. I have many experiences regarding events at U&I since it has opened. The highlight for me is my 70th surprise birthday party that my 3 boys planned. They all live out of state. Marzie helped them plan everything with love long distance so generously that was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this place.
