R&R Main Reception

The main reception space is truly customized for you and your vision.

This space is over 6,000 sq feet, with its tall ceilings with string lights and chandeliers it has hosted many couples start to forever. We offer everything included such as all of the styles of tables, farmhouse tables, rounds, side tables, cocktail tables,etc. Our lovely silver chairs and a HUGE decor closet (included). Many of our clients can utilize our decor saving so much money. R&R will set up the tables and chairs based on your wedding vision (we help you create in our planning guide).

    The perfect venue. Ceremony and reception space all in one. Along with the patio space which was a huge hit for all the kids at our wedding. They offer open houses which was nice for planning. There is so much space to work with. They have rules, but still allow you to use the creative side.

    I have worked with R&R on multiple occasions now and you truly could not act for a more versatile venue in the Southwest Michigan area. Each wedding I have been to at this venue has been put together in it’s own beautiful, unique way! I was also able to work with both Katie and Megan separately and it is clear how much of their hearts they have put into bringing this venue to life. From initial booking all the way to through your big day, the R&R girls know what to do. I see nothing but growth for R&R and I am so excited to follow along with their future projects and accomplishments!

    Working with R&R was a great experience. It’s a well done rustic/industrial venue that is off the beaten path of main Kalamazoo. Close to everything with amenities close by and is inclusive with ceremony and reception areas in the same building! Perfect, for the weather of Michigan. The location is well kept and beautiful to photograph on the grounds as well as around. Being close to parks, lakes, and downtown Vicksburg you can achieve any type of motif you want for your wedding. A real dream for any couple or photographer alike.
