Yes, we do have outside food and beverage fees however. We also require event insurance when we do not handle your alcohol.
Yes, our facility actually has a large parking lot onsite and an additional lot great for production and catering vehicles, out of guest's site.
Your reservation includes four hours for your event plus three hours setup and three hours breakdown. Additional hours are $500 per hour.
New Orleans really has two peak seasons: Peak Season #1: Carnival / Spring / Late January through early May / Mardi Gras season (especially the 3 weeks before Mardi Gras Day) is the busiest period of the year. Weather is generally excellent. Peak Season #2: Fall Convention Season October through early December Cooler weather returns/Heavy convention business fills hotels midweek.
Hurricane Season, it's incredibly hot and humid and tourism is down. We have amazing air conditioning however!
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
