      The Chicory was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding. Their communication style was fast, personable, informative and accommodating throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work and overall value was second to none - they truly helped our vision come to reality with their expert recommendations and ability to adapt. The great staff, delicious food, and lovely people who work at The Chicory made our special day unforgettable. I highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a stunning, stress-free wedding experience.

      Wedding 8-3-24

      We had our wedding event here and everything was amazing. My wife and I would like to thank Jenna(General Manager) and Kimberly(Event Manager) for working us from day one. They made sure they helped us every step of the way. Thank you to Stephanie and Erin(our bridal attendants) for making sure we always had food and drinks in our hand. Our last thanks is to the Chefs Jayce and David for wowing our guests with food. Our guests raved about the historic venue, food , and customer service. Thank you to the Chicory staff for taking care of us and all our guests

      Beautiful Venue with Amazing Staff

      Our wedding day was nothing short of magical thanks to everyone at the Chicory! Jenna, Kimberly, and their team did everything to make our day as perfect and stress-free as possible. We chose the Chicory because of its beautiful interior, outdoor space option for our ceremony, and the food; and none of it disappointed on the day of our wedding! They offer so many food options and everything was amazing! Our guests are already raving about how delicious the everything was. My biggest concern about planning a wedding without a wedding planner was how things would work day of, but Kimberly and Jenna took care of everything once we arrived at the venue, so I didn't have to worry about a thing except enjoying my wedding! I can't recommend the Chicory enough!

    To ensure the highest quality and seamless experience, all catering and beverage services must be handled in-house, as we do not allow outside catering. Our experienced culinary team, with over a decade of expertise, is dedicated to crafting exceptional dining experiences. We are pleased to offer a diverse range of menu selections that can accommodate dietary needs and our customizable packages provide excellent flexibility, ensuring that you find the perfect options to suit your event.
    While we do not offer on-site parking, we have partnered with Laz Parking to provide our clients with discounted rates. Their parking facilities are conveniently situated at 542 Tchoupitoulas St and 543 S Peters St. Detailed information about rates and how to access these discounts will be provided upon booking your event.
    Yes, all of our facilities are fully wheelchair accessible. We offer elevator access in the main lobby area, wheelchair-accessible restrooms, and hearing-impaired fire alarm systems. Additionally, our staff is trained to assist with any special needs you may have to ensure a comfortable and accommodating experience.
    Our service fee includes comprehensive event support with setup and cleanup, as well as the provision of tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens. We also offer on-site management and an event producer to ensure everything runs smoothly. Additionally, our staffing includes bussers, greeters, servers, bartenders, and a New Orleans Sherrif's Deputy on-site for the entirety of your event.
    While event insurance is not a requirement, we do ask that all vendors engaged for your event are both licensed and insured.
    Yes. The Chicory’s head chef and catering team can accommodate any dietary requests, including: Kosher, Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-Free options.
    Yes. We are happy to place a courtesy hold on a date for you for 7 days. If there is no correspondence after 7 days, the courtesy hold will be removed.
    If you’re attending an event on the second floor at The Chicory (including our Fulton, Orleans) entrance is 610 S. Peters St. If you’re attending an event at The Gallery at The Chicory Please use the entrance of 611 Fulton St.
    To ensure the best experience, we require that all decorations be provided by a licensed and insured vendor. We partner with a number of reputable preferred vendors in the area and would be happy to share their information with you.
