    Amazing venue

    Absolutely obsessed with this venue. From the historic charm to the thought out details, decor and furniture is just absolutely mind blowing. Pia and Tom have created such a beautiful event space! The work they put into this venue while still preserving its historic charm is literally unreal. The moment you step in you truly don’t know if you’ve stepped into an alternate AI experience. I mean honestly, you will not find a more authentic venue than this. Not to mention it is also an Airbnb which makes it 100x better knowing that is one less thing to stress about, you will already be settled in and not worry about leaving the night of your wedding. Other events can also be held here too! There is 3 different spots on the property in which a ceremony can be held and when I tell you it would be a hard choice to choose I am not lying. Pia and Tom are amazing owners of this new venue and have truly poured their hearts and souls into creating an amazing space to hold weddings and events. Highly recommend!! You will not be disappointed!

With years of wedding planning experience, we know budgeting matters most. We recommend keeping your venue cost at no more than 50-60% of your total budget so you have room for everything else.
Yes! You may bring in your own vendor team. We will ask all vendors to sign a vendor agreement and send us a copy of their business certificate of insurance
Yes. Arcadia has a 10:00 PM noise ordinance, so loud music wraps up then. But the night can absolutely continue, just with a more laid-back vibe afterward!
Absolutely. We welcome both dancing and DJs, and the space transitions beautifully into an intimate, energetic celebration as the evening unfolds.
If your guest count is over 35, your dinner would take place outdoors, either tented of under our bistro lights, and dancing/fun would take place indoors in our Morning Glory Room
Yes, couples are welcome to bring their own alcohol to serve guests. We do require that all alcohol be served by a professionally insured bartender.
Yes! You have access to rent for it 4 spacious bedrooms in the second floor of the main house, and the cottage, which is a private suite for the couple. all of our wedding packages include a 1-night stay at our cottage for our couples.
Yes we have several all-indoor rain plan options for guest counts 35. Guest counts over 35 will require an outdoor tent as a rain plan.
Included in our wedding rental is: farm tables, crossback chairs, ceremony altar florals, a variety of candle options, reception centerpieces, and fresh flowers for bride, groom, and wedding party.
