Nestled amongst the rolling foothills of Rancho Santa Fe sits Cielo Village, a quaint 50,000 sq. ft. retail, office, and restaurant village designed in the flavor of old Italian villages. Cielo Village serves as a central gathering place and focal point within the Rancho Santa Fe community and offers hard-to-find office and retail opportunities for the residents of the area. Cielo Village is rich with textures, color, and landscaping. The five commercial buildings are clustered around a gently-sloping piazza, complete with a fountain and plenty of open space; a relaxed and beautiful setting. Only minutes away from the village of Rancho Santa Fe, Fairbanks Ranch, Bridges, Cielo, and Crosby residential communities.

Definitely the summer months: June, July, August. Our space is 100% outdoors so it is weather dependent!

Yes, you can. However, your event Insurance must cover alcohol.
Yes, we have a parking lot that can accommodate about 100 cars as well as street parking. Very accessible and free!
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, and an elevator.
Yes, all vendors must provide current insurance coverage per the following requirements: o General Liability ▪ General Aggregate - $1,000,000 ▪ Products and Completed Ops Agg - $1,000,000 ▪ Personal & Adv. Injury - $500,000 ▪ Each Occurrence - $500,000 o Naming as additional insureds ▪ PE Management Group Inc. and Cielo Village Partners, LP o Automobile ▪ Minimum of $500,000 combined single-limit o Workers Compensation ▪ A Waiver of Subrogation Endorsement naming PE Management Group Inc. and Cielo Village Partners, LP be included as a separate endorsement.
We only have a minimum requirement of a 2 hour booking, you can choose how many hours you would like your event to be. Your reservation includes the time it takes to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.
Almost fully refundable up until 7 days before the event. The deposit is non-reundable and is 10% of total booking price. The deposit is used to lock down your date.
