About this venue

Chicago Winery is a unique urban wedding venue located in the heart of River North. Our all-inclusive packages come with: exclusive access to our flexible indoor and outdoor private event spaces; including our four-season covered terrace, a dedicated event manager to assist with all elements of the planning process and day-of coordination, access to our private Wedding Suite with complimentary sparkling wine and an antipasti spread prior to your event, cocktail hour, dinner and dessert menus from Chef Andrew Graves. Chef Graves is a local Chicagoan and Alinea group alum. Couples enjoy a group food and wine tasting event in our private event space where couples sample their way through all of our wedding menu options, premium open bar for the duration of your event, use of our custom tables, chairs, barstools, bars, china, glassware, flatware, linen napkins, printed menus, and small tabletop decor at no additional cost. Large event space with warm design elements, excellent lighting, and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the winery space.

Guests will enjoy floor to ceiling windows overlooking our winery and production space, as well as Clark Street. A unique skylight and warm design fixtures provide excellent, airy lighting throughout. Lounge spaces overlooking the winery provide inviting areas for seating near our warm fireplace. This space is adjacent to our dedicated four-season outdoor terrace for events. Perfect year round and can be used no matter the midwest weather.

Our venue boasts a four-seasons outdoor rooftop terrace draped in cafe lights that allow for an outdoor vibe all year round. The exquisite design will have guests swooning over its romantic tones. Chicago Winery provided us with the best wedding experience possible. They provide excellent service in all aspects - amazing food that can accommodate any dietary restrictions, a bar list everyone at your reception will love, and a ceremony/reception space that will leave your guests speechless. Our guests were in awe of both the ceremony space and the patio. Aside from the event space itself, the CW team itself is what really makes the venue so great. Their staff is kind, helpful, and they do everything possible to make sure your wedding is the perfect night. From providing quick correspondence to supplying couples with in-depth planning tools that allow you to easily craft your ideal night, the CW team makes sure your vision comes to life. As soon as we started working with the team and experiencing how skilled they were, we knew we made the right choice. We had an amazing experience and we'd recommend Chicago Winery to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

Our wedding at Chicago Winery was just as beautiful and unique as we hoped. Hulda and Amy were amazing to work with, making sure that we could curate the evening to our exact needs. The ceremony space, terrace for cocktail hour, and reception space was big enough for our guest count but still kept an intimate vibe. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the space, service, and food/drinks. If you're looking for a wedding venue that's modern, classy, and timeless venue - Chicago Winery is the venue to choose!

Getting married at Chicago Winery is easy - it's so beautiful that there is not much work needed to make it special. Food is great, chef worked with our dietary needs, and it's in a great location downtown. Staff was super kind and helpful, wedding went off without a hitch. Our planning hit a snag when we changed coordinators, but the day of was great.
