Greenhouse

Our show-stopper 3,400 square foot greenhouse is an oasis of an event space.

With its milky front façade and dreamy opaque roof, there is no shortage of gorgeous diffused light. It comes adorned with wagon wheel chandelier lighting, plentiful plant-life, and a back wall of vintage windows overlooking our pond and mesquite grove. The over-sized entry landing with stained wooden doors make for a statement outdoor ceremony altar. The perfect spot to host your ceremony, cocktail hour, reception or dinner.

Quonset Hut

The perfect spot to host your cocktail hour or intimate dinner reception.

Our distinctive arched Quonset Hut is 1,900 square feet indoors and an additional 600 square feet of front and back patio accessed via large glass garage doors . The hut is air conditioned and has 2 bathrooms and a kitchen prep area for caterers. It features sky high ceilings and a rod iron spiral staircase leading to our intimate loft area.

Farmhouse

The house is picture perfect, full of dreamy light, making it a photographer’s dream.

Our charming two bedroom 900 square foot farmhouse is the perfect setting for your wedding party to spend the day preparing for the celebration ahead. It is original to the farm and hails from the 1940’s. It has a complete kitchen and full bathroom with vintage clawfoot bathtub.

    Couldn't recommend more!

    Camino Real Ranch was the perfect venue for our wedding. It is close to Austin, the management is phenomenal, and the grounds are lovely. It had everything you could want- two separate spaces to get ready, beautifully maintained buildings and outdoor spaces, and options for making your wedding exactly what you want. We had to pivot our ceremony indoors because it was colder/windier than anticipated and the Camino staff did a phenomenal job pivoting the day of. We love Krysta, the owner, and cannot thank her and the staff enough for their care and at a fair price point! BOOK CAMINO REAL RANCH!

    Truly One of a Kind Venue

    I fell in love with Camino Real Ranch the moment I found it! The photos online are stunning, but they truly don’t do it justice. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, and Krysta and her staff made everything feel effortless and perfect from start to finish. Their rental items are so cute and add so much character, and the suites are both unique and incredibly spacious. I had seven bridesmaids plus a handful of family members in my suite, and we still had plenty of room and privacy. The greenhouse at night is genuinely one of the most magical scenes I’ve ever experienced—the lighting is perfect and the vibes are completely unmatched. I honestly can’t get over it! So many guests came up to me throughout the night to compliment the venue, and it couldn’t have been more special. I was so impressed with everything Krysta and Camino Real Ranch had to offer us. You will not regret booking your wedding at Camino Real Ranch!

    Obsessed with Camino Real Ranch

    This venue is a dream and the ownership is even more incredible!! You can tell that there was so much intention with every detail in how each space was designed to make your wedding comfortable and stress-free! There are endless options for photos and how you can layout your day and they are all perfect. Krysta and her husband couldn't be more warm, welcoming and supportive throughout the planning process and on the day-of to make sure you're getting the wedding of your dreams with as few barriers as possible. There are endless positive things I could say about them and Camino Real Ranch!

    Camino

    We had our wedding at Camino Real in September of 2024 and it was the most amazing day! We loved this venue. It was SO beautiful and comfortable for us and our guests. The getting ready spaces were so welcoming and had everything we could possibly need and there was plenty of space for our bridal party to get ready. Krysta was so helpful and hands on throughout the entire process- she was our coordinator through Marino Made Events as well and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience with her! This was truly my dream venue and made our wedding such a special day.

    Perfection!

    This was everything we wanted and more. We wanted an outdoor Texas venue without feeling like a barnyard or too rustic. Camino Real was just that. It had a “palm springs” feel… a little country, a little desert. You almost expected to see brown mountains in the background. There’s so many unique areas of the venue to be used and we used ALL of it. Great rain plan, great get ready suite, and a place I was proud to celebrate with my guest.

We will hold dates for 48 hours to give you time to check the date with close family/friends. To book a date, we require a signed contract and 50% of the rental rate as a deposit. For the convenience of our clients, our contracts are handled virtually. Credit cards are accepted, but our pricing reflects cash prices.
Please visit our rates page for a list of amenities included in our pricing. All times listed include allowed time for set-up and break down. All vendors must be broken down and exited from the premises by 12AM on Friday & Saturday and 9PM on other week nights (additional hours may be purchased if desired).
Our unique space offers many options for hosting. Capacity depends on the style and layout of your event. We can work together based on your estimated headcount to accommodate your guests comfortably. For more information on standing, seated, and dining capacity visit our property details page here.
We have a total of 3 restrooms located on our grounds: 1 in the farmhouse, 2 in the Quonset hut. For events over 75 we acquire a luxury restroom trailer with 3-4 additional restroom stalls. This restroom trailer is included in our listed pricing.
Our ranch has parking spaces for 60 vehicles total (including vendor parking). We highly recommend providing shuttle transportation for guests as well as encouraging ride-sharing and carpooling as we are in the Uber and Lyft service area. We have no issues with guests leaving their cars overnight in our parking lot so long as they are picked up by 10am the next morning.
In the chance the weather is not cooperating, our property boasts several covered and indoor options. Additional tenting on the property is also permitted. Visit our property features page for more details on our covered structures.
We do allow clients to bring in outside alcohol. However, all alcohol must be served by TABC certified and insured bartenders.
Our Quonset hut has a kitchen prep area for use by your caterer and we welcome food trucks to designated areas of the property! We are happy to work with the caterer of your choosing, but please work with us to get approval for any caterer not on our list. We require the use of a full service caterer. Use of a caterer not on our vendor list will require an additional refundable damage deposit.
An onsite "Day of" Venue Manager is included in our pricing on the day of your event. However, we require our clients to have an insured, professional Planner or Event Manager as they have very different roles. Our Venue Manager is there to answer all things venue related. Your Planner will be there managing your vendors and ensuring your event runs smoothly.
As a courtesy to our neighbors, we ask that any amplified outdoor music must end by 11:00pm on Friday and Saturday nights, and by 9pm other week nights. We do not have a microphone or sound system and ask that your DJ or band provide.
We welcome outside vendors. If you would like to work with a vendor who is not on our list, please work with us to get approval prior to signing your vendor contract. Use of a caterer or planner not our list will require an additional refundable damage deposit. We cannot stress enough the importance of having a strong vendor team for your event day!
Several options are available to you nearby! We have partnered with a few nearby for special discounted rates.
All events must purchase day-of event insurance and the policy must include Host Liquor Liability. You can find more information and purchase a policy at Wedsafe but many other online options are available to you. Additionally, all vendors not on our preferred list must provide proof of insurance prior to the event date.
We love pets! We are an animal friendly venue. Just makes sure you clean up after them and that they are well managed. Your deposit can be used to cover any potential damage.
We ask that you do not use rice, synthetic rose petals, bird seed, silly string, confetti, glitter or anything that can be ingested by wildlife in our outdoor areas. You may bring in your own décor, but it must be installed in a way that does not damage our venue or grounds. Candles are permitted so long as the containers are taller than the candles to prevent any fire hazards.
If you need to change your date for any reason, we will do everything we can to accommodate. Date changes made within 120 days of the scheduled event date will require an additional fee. Should you choose to cancel your event we will attempt to re-book the date. If we are able to re-book the date we will refund your prior payments.
