Situated on twenty acres of meandering live oak trees in the heart of Texas Hill Country, The Cedars Ranch is a stunning new wedding venue featuring inspiring modern architecture and gorgeous green design, in a stellar natural setting. The Cedars Ranch has been thoughtfully designed to include a range of indoor and outdoor spaces for your special day. Designed by award-winning architects, our venue facilities include our gorgeous event hall (seating 200), beautiful tree-lined plaza (seating an additional 50+), high character cocktail lounge, intimate garden and gazebo, and large outdoor ceremony site (seating 250) under our majestic live oaks. With overnight lodging for up to a maximum of 98 people and plenty of fun activities onsite, The Cedars Ranch offers a unique opportunity to provide your wedding/event guests with an unforgettable, all-inclusive type of experience in the beautiful Texas Hill Country!

A unique contemporary eco event space

Our great hall has been designed to allow you and your guests feel immersed in the surrounding beauty of the Texas Hill Country while being indoors. Our hall offers the best of both worlds- providing a covering with great lighting and is open-air allowing for fresh air circulation (which is important during this pandemic). Our hall has reception seating capacity for 200 guests, with our generous rental package including reception tables and chairs to seat 150, plus more!

20 6 foot (72") round tables; 150 black folding chairs; 6 8 foot (96") rectangular tables; 7 bistro tables; 28 bistro chairs; Caterer's prep kitchen, restrooms and a green room, all with built in AC and heat; The great hall is not air-conditioned but makes use of natural air-flow and "Big Ass" fans; Wooden dance floor; 3 sets of ceiling lighting, all of which are dimmable with a special colored lighting feature; Retractable clear wall and door panels to allow for more internal climate control.

    Our wedding weekend at The Cedars Ranch was so unbelievable - surpassed any expectation we could have made. The team is the epitome of hospitality; our friends and family stayed for 3 nights, and we were made to feel so welcome and taken care of. The pool area, lounge, fire pit and event space were all so perfect for our weekend. The whole venue is designed thoughtfully, and every segment of the wedding day/weekend had a unique space for it. Our guests loved the pickleball court, pool table and fire pits the most. The geodomes and cabins were such a hit - clean and well designed and truly a one of a kind experience for our guests. We cannot more highly recommend them if your vibe is naturey, glampy, aesthetic and laid back. We love The Cedars and will be back soon.

    The Cedars Ranch has done a wonderful job creating a warm, open, and welcoming space to host a wedding and wedding reception. One of the highlights of the day for me was getting ready in the yurt on their property, it's tucked back away from the hustle and bustle so I just got the relax with my bridesmaids in a very tranquil setting. We chose to have our ceremony area face west so we got some lovely pictures of the sun starting to go down as we said our vows, and the reception area is strung up with twinkle lights over it, a must-have for me :) The Cedars Ranch was the perfect mix of outdoor rustic and modern and we loved that they were so environmentally conscious. Communication was great and Marilyn and Bill patiently answered all our questions as we were figuring out how we were going to make everything work. The fire pit was a big hit with the kiddos (s'mores station) and the area next to the great hall fit Torchy's food truck (largest food truck in the country) perfectly. Would highly recommend any couple to tour this wonderful venue.
