The Winfield Inn has been working directly with Word of Mouth Catering for year! Their food and service is wonderful and they are our preferred caterer for the venue. Visit their website to get a quote today! However, we do allow any full service outside caterer starting in January 2023.

    Book this venue now!!!!

    This venue was the PERFECT place to have our wedding! Leslie was amazing and so quick to respond to any questions we had. Getting ready in the main house on the property was a dream and so beautiful for photos. The space accommodated our big wedding so nicely and I would 100000% recommend booking this beautiful venue!

    Venue of my dreams

    The Winfield Inn was a fantastic choice for our wedding venue. From the very beginning, their communication was incredibly timely and responsive, which put us at ease throughout the planning process. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful - the historic building and elegant decor created the perfect atmosphere for our special day. The staff was professional and attentive, ensuring that every detail was attended to. The value we received for the cost of the venue was exceptional, and we are thrilled with how our wedding day turned out. We currently do not have a preferred vendor list but will be developing one in 2023. You are allowed to bring in any vendor that you would like but will need to provide us with their information.

Staff is not included in the venue fee but we can assist you with finding staff if you are in need.
Yes, we have a $2 per person grounds fee which may change in 2024. We also assess a $500 catering fee for any cater that needs to use the catering kitchen, excluded from this is Word of Mouth Catering.

Yes, there is no fee to bring in your own alcohol but we do require that you submit the TABC license of the bartenders.
Yes, we have a large parking lot where it is free to park, along with a separate vendor entrance.
Yes, the first floor of the house is accessible, but due to the age of the house we do not have accommodations to get to the second floor. For the garden ballroom we do have accessible facilities.

12-hours with a $500 per hour fee for any additional time requested after 10:00pm. However if you wish to enter the venue earlier than 10am there is no additional charge.
The 50% deposit is non-refundable. All other terms may be negotiated with the owner.
We are located 30-45 minutes from the airport depending on traffic. You can take 130 over to IH-35 or highway 71 over to IH-35 and exit 213 to downtown Kyle.
Yes, we require all caterers to provide a COI (certificate of insurance).
