Everyone at DJ Franco Events works full time and is dedicated to making sure every wedding is perfect. Our team is always learning new skills and evolving, we are always attending national events and conferences to learn better ways to serve you!

Some of the things that sets us apart from other event companies is that we take the time to rehearse your entire wedding. All our equipment and setups are top of the line and unique. We offer amazing special effects to take your wedding from a 10 to a 20. The DJ never mispronounces a name, and we have full time coordinators and videographers that are here to help you, day, and night. You get all day wedding coverage, and a 4-to-5-minute highlight film telling the story of your wedding day. We also have our own music planning app - VIBO - that works with YouTube and Spotify where you can plan every song for every moment, and a photo booth!😁

    Truly Exceptional From Start To Finish

    DJ Franco was absolutely incredible for our wedding! We used them not only for DJ services, but also for coordination, videography, and the photo booth—and every single service exceeded our expectations. Stephanie and her team were amazing to work with from start to finish. They were organized, professional, attentive, and made the entire day run so smoothly. The music was perfect, the videography captured everything beautifully, and the photo booth was such a fun hit with our guests. Truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I cannot recommend DJ Franco and their team enough!

    Amazing people and work ethic!

    Best DJ!

    We had the pleasure of hiring DJ Franco for our wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! They were so great to work with leading up to the wedding and then the day of! From the moment the music started, the energy in the room was electric. The playlist was perfect for keeping guests on the dance floor, blending all of our must have songs with crowd-pleasing hits. One of the standout features of the evening was the incredible light-up dance floor! It added such a fun and vibrant atmosphere, especially as the lights shifted with the rhythm of the music. It was a hit with our guests and brought the whole space to life. Overall, DJ Franco created the perfect vibe and also ensured everything flowed seamlessly, making the night unforgettable. We cannot recommend them enough for anyone looking for a top-tier DJ who will take their wedding to the next level!

Yes. Many venues require vendors to have liability Insurance. So before hiring Uncle Joe, make sure he’s covered.
All of the DJs and Event Coordinators who work for DJ Franco Events have a minimum of 5 years professional experience, with most of our team members having 10 or more years of professional experience.
You can make your payments by Credit Card, Check, or Cash. Here are your options: • 0% Interest and Up To 24 Month Payment Plans • 25% Deposit with Equal Monthly Payments Until Wedding Date • 50% Deposit with The Remaining Balance Due 2 Weeks Before Wedding Date • Pay In Full and Receive $100 Off Your Total
We only use state-of-the-art professional equipment that minimizes wires and doesn’t look bulky.
We do not include gratuity in the final contract price. 10 – 20% is generally recommended if our team members did a great job, but it is entirely up to you.
A good time frame is at least 12 months before the event. However, we have team members available for last minute events as well.
This is not required in our contract and is completely up to you. Typically, the catering director or event coordinator will set aside a meal or boxed dinner for our team members if requested by the client.
Our DJs “filter” requests, meaning they will not play a song or genre that you specifically asked the DJ not to play. We will not play songs off of Youtube when asked. If someone makes a request that fits well with the music the client wants, then the DJ may play the request. We have a planning app that will allow you to make request lists before the event.
You can select songs that you would - and would not - like to hear at your event through our planning app on your phone. You will receive login information for the app through a text to your phone. We recommend giving your DJ at least 10-15 songs of different genres and artists that you would like to hear. During your initial consultation, your DJ will ask about your music preferences.
When you hire a day of coordinator, they are with you through your entire day. They help execute your wedding vision. They are extremely familiar with venues and vendors and ultimately keep you calm and excited on the most important day of your life.
Your wedding coordinator will be the first vendor at your venue, and the last one to leave. They will make sure all vendors are there, and where they are suppose to be. They will be there for any quesitons from the bridal party, vendors, the venue staff, and guests. They will help keep the couple on time through the entire day, and so much more.
As helpful as your friends and family will be during your planning, they shouldn't have to work on your wedding day. It can go both ways: either they will have so much to do that day they won’t even be able to enjoy your wedding day. On the other hand, they may not take the job seriously, and the day might end up being a disaster.
