Hi, I'm Joselyn, founder of The Coordination Suite, an Austin-based wedding planning and coordination company. I believe your engagement should feel exciting, not overwhelming. My goal is to help couples feel supported, organized, and confident throughout the planning process while creating a seamless wedding day experience. From timelines and logistics to vendor communication and problem-solving, I handle the details so you can focus on celebrating, making memories, and being fully present for every moment.

I take a relationship-first approach to wedding planning. My couples don't just get a coordinator—they gain a wedding bestie who genuinely cares about their experience. I'm here to answer questions, celebrate the exciting moments, solve problems behind the scenes, and make sure you feel supported every step of the way.     Above and Beyond for Every Celebration

    Joselyn was amazing to work with! She helped me plan a Sweet 16 and a baby shower, and both events turned out beautifully. She not only helped with planning and coordination but also handled decorating and so many of the day-of errands for the Sweet 16 and details that I would not have been able to manage on my own. Her creativity, organization, and attention to detail made the entire process so much less stressful. Because of Joselyn, I was able to enjoy and be fully present with my family and guests. Everything came together seamlessly, and both events were exactly what we hoped for. I highly recommend The Coordination Suite to anyone looking for someone who truly cares and goes above and beyond for their clients! If I could I'd give her more stars.

    Highly Recommend The Coordination Suite

    Working with The Coordination Suite made our wedding day so much easier than we expected. From start to finish, they were understanding and supportive, always ready to listen to what we wanted and help us figure things out. On the day of the wedding, they stayed on top of every detail so we could actually enjoy ourselves instead of worrying. They even had supplies ready for a wardrobe issue that came up, which we really appreciated. Their team was attentive and proactive about solving problems before they became problems. We felt taken care of the whole time, and that made our day feel special and stress-free. We would definitely work with them again.
