We got married at the Beauport on July 25th and had the most amazing experience. From the beginning the Beauport was professional, easy to communicate with, and made us feel confident in our choice. The entire process was very organized, from food tasting and menu selection, to ceremony and reception timeline planning, they guided us through planning with ease. Our day-of coordinator Jacey was wonderful and our trust in her helped us to relax and enjoy the moment on our special day. All of our guests had an amazing time and we could not recommend the Beauport highly enough to any couple that is looking for a beautiful venue that makes it easy to have a perfect day!

We had the pleasure of getting married at Beauport in June! Our coordinator, Mindy, was instrumental to making our wedding day the perfect special day it was. Mindy is kind, personable, quick with her responses, thinks of every detail you may have overlooked, and really cares to get everything right. She brought our vision to life and was a pleasure to work with. The food was great, service was excellent, and the venue itself could not be more gorgeous. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Melissa and everything she did for us as our wedding coordinator at the Beauport. From day one, she went truly above and beyond. Always available to answer questions, offering guidance, and helping us think through every single detail (including things we didn’t even know to consider). Her calm, organized, and thoughtful approach made the entire planning process feel seamless and stress-free.

On the wedding day itself, everything ran perfectly, and that is 100% thanks to Melissa’s expertise and care. The Beauport venue was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations in every way. The wait staff and bar staff were phenomenal! They were professional, attentive, friendly, and incredibly on top of everything all night long. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how amazing the service was.

Truly, every single staff member from the concierge to the valet played a role in making our experience exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, organized, and genuinely kind, which made both us and our guests feel so well taken care of from start to finish.

We felt completely supported and confident knowing Melissa was in charge. Beauport is an incredible venue, but it’s the people especially Melissa who make it truly unforgettable. We are beyond grateful and couldn’t recommend the Beauport and their team more highly.

2025 winter wedding 

Melissa at the Beauport Hotel was on top of everything, ensuring our wedding day went off without a hitch. The venue itself was an incredible space - beautiful and truly special. They went above and beyond to make our day feel intimate and memorable, even pulling us into a private side room for a quiet 15 minutes together with our own happy hour drinks and food amidst the craziness. Our guests raved about the incredible food, saying it was the best they'd ever had at a wedding. The Beauport's coordinator, Melissa, was absolutely terrific and helped make our wedding day perfect from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and team to celebrate our special day.

My husband and I chose Beauport as our wedding venue and it was everything we could have wanted and more! Our wedding coordinator Melissa was so pleasant to work with and really knew the answers to all of our questions, helping to relieve a lot of the wedding planning stress. She was quick to respond to emails and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy during planning as well as during our wedding! We had received numerous compliments from our guests regarding the passed hors d'oeuvres and plated dinner choices and on how beautiful the hotel is as a whole! We are excited to celebrate our wedding anniversaries at Beauport Hotel over the years and reflect on our special day each time we visit. Highly highly recommend this hotel for your Gloucester stay and if you are considering it as your wedding venue!!

Perfect Oceanside venue 

We had our wedding at the Beauport Hotel and could not have been happier with our choice of venue. From the initial tour to the final send off, the staff was professional, responsive, and truly fantastic at communication. They answered all our questions thoroughly and promptly via email, phone, and in person. The ballroom was beautiful and the food was delicious. Our guests raved about what a great venue it was.
