Your event experience at 612North is fully customizable, beginning with a cocktail hour featuring 2–3 selections of passed hors d’oeuvres and your choice of a full open bar or beer and wine service.     Beautiful Venue

    This venue was breathtaking! It blew us away with its stunning views and beautiful architecture! The team there was extremely accommodating and helped give us the wedding day of our dreams! We highly recommend this venue and its great team!

    If you are looking for a event space for your wedding, reception, office party or any other event look no further. The space offers all the best of what St. Louis have to offer, breathtaking view of the arch, clear view of the city sky line and old school charm.... Great professional staff and cost efficient.

    Amazing venue!

    We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception on 4/9/22 at 612 North and had an overall great experience! We worked with Madison throughout the planning process and she was our day-of coordinator and she was extremely helpful throughout it all (I couldn't have done it without her honestly). Our day went very smoothly and I had great feedback from our guests about it being the best wedding food they've ever had along with the staff/bartenders being very friendly and attentive! The venue itself is beautiful with great views of the arch and city. I would highly recommend this venue/company to anyone for their wedding day or other events!

From their professional, caring and detailed events team to their amazing food, the experience here is truly one of the best! We require a $5000 deposit, along with a signed contract. Once we have received both the singed contract and the deposit, you have officially booked your event at 612North!
3 hours prior to your event start time and 1 hour after your event end time.
- A signed contract with a $5000 deposit secures your event date. - 60 days prior to your event, 50% of the remaining balance is due along with a $500 security deposit. - At 21 days prior to your event all final details, guest count, and dietary restrictions are due. - At 14 days prior to your event, the remaining balance is due and this is your final payment - Late payments will incur a charge of $95/day.
The service charge is 24%. Tax rates are subject to change. Please note that gratuity is not included.
In the event of a cancellation of a booked event, all payments made to date are non-refundable. In the event the Client is forced to change the date of the booked event due to non-Force Majeure reasons, payments are non-refundable and, The Facility will work with the Client, if possible, to transfer reservations to support the new available date. All payments will be transferred to the new available date
No outside food vendors are allowed with the exception of a wedding cake vendor and select partners of 612North. (See late-night Sweets & Snacks page).
Absolutely! These details must be communicated no later than 21 days prior to your event.
No, we cannot permit food or alcohol to be taken off premises due to liability reasons.
Yes! We are within walking distance of several partner hotels, and we’re happy to connect you with the appropriate contacts to assist with room blocks and accommodations for your guests. We also offer a Preferred Vendor List, featuring trusted partners we frequently work with.
Rehearsals are typically scheduled on Thursdays or Fridays, based on venue availability and other events on the calendar.
We have some listed on our profile, but are happy to give a more detailed version once a tour is booked!
Yes, but additional fees of $150/day will apply. If you do not want to incur any fees, everything brought in by the client must be out of the building within one hour of your event end time. If anything is left behind without prior notice, you will incur a property removal charge. The guest is responsible for contacting 612North to arrange a pick up time. 612North is not responsible for any damaged property.
Coat check can be added to your booking for an additional fee.
A minimum of 1 - 612North security attendant is required for every event and will automatically be added to your statement. A security attendant is $50/attendant/hour.
All entertainment is required to provide their own speakers and equipment.
Yes, all outside vendors must obtain a certificate of insurance and these are due no later than 14 days prior to your event.
We prohibit any alcohol that guests bring on the property. Any alcohol that is brought to the property will immediately be confiscated and could result in a fine.
There is available parking in the lot directly across the street from our building and in the surrounding areas, as well as valet services. If you are interested in getting information on parking for your guests, we would be happy to get you in touch with the appropriate contact.
