How do I book a venue at 612North?

We require a $5000 deposit, along with a signed contract. Once we have received both the singed contract and the deposit, you have officially booked your event at 612North!

How long do I have the event space for?

3 hours prior to your event start time and 1 hour after your event end time.

When are final details and payment schedule?

Accepted Answer

- A signed contract with a $5000 deposit secures your event date. - 60 days prior to your event, 50% of the remaining balance is due along with a $500 security deposit. - At 21 days prior to your event all final details, guest count, and dietary restrictions are due. - At 14 days prior to your event, the remaining balance is due and this is your final payment - Late payments will incur a charge of $95/day.

What are your taxes and gratuities?

The service charge is 24%. Tax rates are subject to change. Please note that gratuity is not included.

What are your date change/cancellation policies?

In the event of a cancellation of a booked event, all payments made to date are non-refundable. In the event the Client is forced to change the date of the booked event due to non-Force Majeure reasons, payments are non-refundable and, The Facility will work with the Client, if possible, to transfer reservations to support the new available date. All payments will be transferred to the new available date

Can I use outside catering?

No outside food vendors are allowed with the exception of a wedding cake vendor and select partners of 612North. (See late-night Sweets & Snacks page).

Absolutely! These details must be communicated no later than 21 days prior to your event.

Can I take home my leftover food or alcohol after the event?

Accepted Answer

No, we cannot permit food or alcohol to be taken off premises due to liability reasons.

Do you have any relationships with surrounding hotels?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We are within walking distance of several partner hotels, and we’re happy to connect you with the appropriate contacts to assist with room blocks and accommodations for your guests. We also offer a Preferred Vendor List, featuring trusted partners we frequently work with.

If my ceremony is booked at 612North, when will my rehearsal be held?

Rehearsals are typically scheduled on Thursdays or Fridays, based on venue availability and other events on the calendar.

We have some listed on our profile, but are happy to give a more detailed version once a tour is booked!

Can we leave anything overnight?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but additional fees of $150/day will apply. If you do not want to incur any fees, everything brought in by the client must be out of the building within one hour of your event end time. If anything is left behind without prior notice, you will incur a property removal charge. The guest is responsible for contacting 612North to arrange a pick up time. 612North is not responsible for any damaged property.

Will the building be secure?

A minimum of 1 - 612North security attendant is required for every event and will automatically be added to your statement. A security attendant is $50/attendant/hour.

Does our entertainment need to provide anything?

All entertainment is required to provide their own speakers and equipment.

Do outside vendors require a certificate of insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all outside vendors must obtain a certificate of insurance and these are due no later than 14 days prior to your event.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

We prohibit any alcohol that guests bring on the property. Any alcohol that is brought to the property will immediately be confiscated and could result in a fine.

Do you have on-site parking?

There is available parking in the lot directly across the street from our building and in the surrounding areas, as well as valet services. If you are interested in getting information on parking for your guests, we would be happy to get you in touch with the appropriate contact.
