To say that we are different would be an understatement. We are seasoned wedding planners with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. Our approach is simple; understand your vision and see it through to fruition.

Our approach goes against the standards of specific wedding packages but instead is customized based on your specific needs so we can deliver the day YOU want. We will have as much or as little involvement as you desire. The key is very clearly understanding what you want from the outset and achieving it within budget. We take the stress and burden of logistics, planning and day-of management from you by being your vendor and venue liaison. We'll also provide invaluable advice when you need it, giving you the benefit of our extensive experience.

    Great Service!

    If you want to be stress-free on the day of your wedding, you’ve found your place! Trisha was an absolute JOY to work with. We took on her day-of-services and our big day would NOT have been as stress-free and as splendid had she not been there. Trisha went above and beyond to accommodate questions and meets well before the wedding which made us feel super confident and articulate with our wedding party and vendors alike, everyone knew what to do and where to be - perfection. I’d highly recommend this young lady for your big event!

No. We are a full service event management group that specializes in both social and corporate events ranging from weddings, birthday/anniversary parties/family events to galas, fundraisers, conferences and client entertaining.
While you can hire a wedding coordinator at any stage of the planning process you absolutely want l to hire them as soon as you possibly can. Wedding coordinators are very well versed on the who's who in the industry and can save you a tremendous amount of time (and money) with the selection of your vendor team. It also allows us to be involved from the start to serve as a guide, answering questions and offering wonderful advice on how to get yourself started. Wedding planning can be overwhelming so hiring a professional to help navigate the process allows you a sense of ease whereas going at it alone might cause the exact opposite.
White Diamond Events has multiple Coordinators on staff that will work together as well as independently on your event. This is largely based on which planner will be available on the event day and the complexity of the event.
Yes. As mentioned, we are full service so we will also plan your rehearsal dinners, day after brunches as well as showers. Please let us know when you inquire that you have a need for assistance in these areas so we can consider this in your quote.
