Hi, I'm Tiffany Kuo — the heart behind Veni Vidi Amavi. I have been planning events since I was a teenager and spent years in hospitality management with some of LA's most celebrated venues before bringing that same dedication to the wedding world. Over a decade later, I'm still doing what I love alongside an incredible team who genuinely cares about every couple we work with. Your wedding is a celebration of your love, and we’re here to ensure it mirrors your spirit in every way while having the honor to be a part of one of the most memorable days of your life.

My background in hospitality isn't just a detail — it's the foundation of everything we do. Can’t recommend her enough!
If there’s one thing I think is worth spending money on for your wedding, it’s your coordinator. I truly can’t thank Tiffany and her team enough for helping make one of the best days of my life so special for me, my friends, and my family. When I was looking for a coordinator, I wanted someone I could completely rely on and also genuinely vibe with. Tiffany was one of the last coordinators I spoke with, and I knew almost instantly that my search was over. Throughout the entire wedding planning process, she was so responsive, helpful, and prompt with every question and request I had. She attended all of my vendor meetings, which made those calls so much more efficient. She always advocated for what I wanted, not only during the planning process, but on the wedding day itself. She also has so much wedding experience, which was incredibly helpful whenever I wanted to bounce an idea or wasn’t sure how something would work. I always felt like I could ask her anything, and she either had an answer or helped me figure it out. Her team was also so kind and supportive on the day of. I didn’t hire a content creator, but Tiffany and her team captured so many behind-the-scenes moments throughout the day. I literally stayed up after the wedding looking through all the pictures and videos she took. I genuinely can’t recommend Tiffany and her team enough. She was worth every penny and made such a huge difference in our wedding experience. If you’re looking for a coordinator, please book her!!

The best of the best :)
Working with VVA Events was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! Throughout the entire wedding planning process, Tiffany was so friendly and genuinely invested in helping us achieve our vision for our special day. She listened carefully to our must-haves and must-do's, and outlined everything with meticulous attention to detail. On the day of, Tiffany and her team made sure we were taken care of and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly/according to schedule. We continue to receive compliments from our guests even well after our wedding day, and we are so grateful that we got to work with such a caring, organized, and dedicated team. :) Thank you Tiffany!!
