    Absolute Dream Team

    From our first conversation, Vows By Vivie LLC felt like the right fit for us because they were so responsive and genuinely interested in our vision. Macey, Maggie and Madison were proactive every step of the way, checking in with us and staying on top of every detail. When a vendor issue popped up last minute, they handled it seamlessly without me having to stress. They’d already coordinated everything with our venue the day before so we were covered. What stood out most was how much they truly cared about making our day special, their kindness and enthusiasm made planning feel less stressful and more like working with friends. The execution was flawless and everything came together perfectly. We can't thank Vows By Vivie LLC enough for turning our wedding day into the fairytale we dreamed of!

    The best day of planner I could have wished for

    Words cannot express enough how grateful we are that we got to work with Madison and Macey as my day of coordinators. First, they were constantly communicating with me and at a higher rate within 2 weeks of the wedding making sure we had finalized the timeline, ensuring it was consistent with the DJ/MC, and making sure all of the vendors provided their arrival time. Secondly, they put together all of the inspiration Photos, timeline, emergency contacts, etc into a folder to make sure everyone was on the same page. Thirdly, and most importantly I requested 2 main things during the wedding, that we stay on track and that they solved any issues without stressing me more - and they delivered. I can now say I have been informed of all the things that did not go according to plan however I would not have known as they took care of them without me needing to interfere. We felt like we could enjoy our wedding and be present. They kept their cool throughout the stressful parts and they were there if we needed something. These are the individuals you want by your side when you are getting married. If we had to do it all over again, we would pick them every time.

We offer customized wedding planning and coordination services designed around each couple’s needs—from full-service planning and venue selection to month-of coordination, vendor management, design, and day-of execution. Whether you need someone to take the reins or simply want expert guidance along the way, we’ll meet you where you are.
The earlier, the better! Ideally, couples should reach out 9–18 months before their wedding for full-service planning, especially if they need help finding a venue and building their vendor team. If you’ve already planned most of your wedding, month-of or wedding management services can typically begin 3–6 months before the big day.
We believe your wedding should feel beautiful, organized, and completely you. We combine thoughtful planning with intentional design and hands-on coordination, taking care of the details behind the scenes so you can actually enjoy your engagement and wedding day.
