Based in DFW and open to travel, I now coordinate memorable, affordable celebrations that reflect each client’s unique vision and values. Our partial event planning package is perfect for clients who have most of their event planned but need some help finalizing the remaining details. We curate an extensive checklist to ensure every element of your event shines. Whether it's confirming vendors, crafting itineraries, or establishing clear communication to address all questions, we ensure a worry-free process, letting you focus on enjoying your special occasion.

Our team arrives early and stays late, working with venue staff to ensure all guidelines are met. We manage setup, timelines, rehearsals, and vendor communication while handling any issues that arise. Relax and enjoy your event while we take care of the details. Packages: • 4–5 hours: $450 • 8–10 hours: $850

    Hit it out of the park

    Dee was the best planner and coordinator. Her calm manner helped ease my nerves and she was always on top of everything. She is so organized and smart and her team did an amazing job. I had absolutely no stress on the day because she had everything under control. I would highly suggest her to anyone.

From birthday parties to corporate events, showers, and more—if it matters to you, it matters to me. I’d love to help make your celebration smooth, memorable, and stress-free!
The time we spend together depends on the package you choose. With Partial Planning, we’ll begin working together at least 4 months before your event, covering details like vendors, timelines, and logistics. For Day-of Coordination, we typically connect 1–2 months in advance to review your plans, finalize your timeline, and coordinate with vendors. Add-ons or à la carte services involve minimal communication beforehand and are focused on day-of support based on your preferences. No matter the service, I’m committed to clear, thoughtful communication every step of the way.
