Our full-service coordination includes 12 hours on your wedding day and 1 hour for rehearsal. Enjoy unlimited communication, personalized vendor referrals, access to our Visionary Vault, and creative design support. We handle vendor contact, meetings, timelines, and assist with decor setup and cleanup. With monthly check-ins, budget guidance, and full-day support, your wedding will run smoothly and your day will be filled with joy, love and ease.

For couples who’ve started planning but need expert help before the big day. 12 hours of wedding coverage, 1 hour at the rehearsal, access to preferred vendors and planning tools. We attend up to 3 vendor meetings, take over communication 6 weeks prior, and assist with your timeline/design. On the day of, we help with decor setup, coordinate vendors, provide an emergency kit, collect belongings, and handle surprises so you can enjoy every moment!

Enjoy 12 hours of wedding day coverage plus 1 hour at your rehearsal. Includes access to our preferred vendors and Visionary Vault, unlimited phone/email support, timeline creation, final walk-through, and one vendor meeting. We take over vendor communication 6 weeks out, assist with setup, manage logistics, handle surprises, and gather your leftover belongings at night’s end.

We assist with your marriage license, finding an officiant, booking a secured elopement location, and hotel accommodations. You'll receive attire guidance and access to all of our preferred vendors, and Visionary Vault. We also help plan post-elopement activities and celebrations, from romantic dinners to lively gatherings so your experience feels effortless and unforgettable!
