Hi! I’m Amanda, founder of The Vow Collective. I’ve worked across all areas of events, from florals and rentals to venue management, planning, and coordination. The Vow Collective offers both full-service wedding planning and design as well as hands-on wedding coordination and management, depending on where you are in your planning journey. Whether building your wedding from the ground up or stepping in to bring your plans to life, our focus is thoughtful details, clear communication, and a calm, organized experience so you can stay fully present and enjoy every moment.

Full-service wedding planning and design to guide you from “yes” to “I do.” We help with vendors, venues, design, budgeting, and all the details in between, creating a calm, organized, and beautifully curated planning experience.

I provide hands on wedding coordination focused on making your day calm, organized and stress free. In your final weeks I build your timeline, confirm vendors, and become everyones main point of contact. On your wedding day, I can manage set up, schedule, and vendors so everything runs smoothly while you stay fully present and enjoy every moment with the ones you love.

    Honestly so worth it.

    Working with The Vow Collective was the best decision we made for our wedding. From our first conversation, we knew we were in good hands she communicated constantly, kept things light and fun, and were refreshingly honest about what would and wouldn't work for our day. They handled every detail. I literally didn't have to think about anything other than actually getting married, which is exactly what we needed. The whole process felt seamless, and their organized approach made planning stress-free instead of stressful. For the price, the value we got was incredible. We can't recommend them highly enough to any couple looking for a coordinator who will take everything off your plate.

The Vow Collective is based in Monroe, North Carolina and serves couples throughout the Carolinas. Travel within our service area is included. Weddings outside that area may require an additional travel fee.
No. We only book one wedding per day so every couple receives our full attention. Your wedding is our priority from start to finish, and we're committed to being fully present, prepared, and available throughout your day. During busy seasons, we may coordinate weddings on the same weekend, but never on the same day.
You have spent months planning your wedding, you shoulnt’t have to manage it, too. A wedding coordinator ensures everyone knows where they need to be and when they need to be there. They keep the timeline on track, serve as a main point of contact to all vendors, and answer any questions throughout the day. They are there to ensure everything unfolds as planned so you can focus on celebrating with the people you love.
I've had the privilege of planning and coordinating many weddings over the years, starting as an in house venue planner and coordinator before launching The Vow Collective. That experience gave me the opportunity to work with a wide variety of couples, venues, and wedding styles, from intimate celebrations to large, full day events. Every wedding is different, and I love creating a personalized experience that reflects each couple while making sure the day feels seamless, organized, and completely stress free from beginning to end.
