Hi, I'm Megan! I'm a Fort Wayne based Wedding Coordinator. I moved to Fort Wayne from NYC in 2020 after finishing grad school. My degrees are both in my other joy apart from event coordinating - teaching voice! I have been both coordinating events and teaching voice since my college days. My first wedding in 2021 for a high school friend is what lit the fire in me to start coordinating for others! Originally an east coast girl, I was raised in CT by a social and musical family who taught me the art of connecting people and the importance of making every celebration special. In 2025, I founded The Head Table Events to share my expertise!

Just like my approach to teaching voice, I think events should be, above all, FUN - and not just for the guests! It's my goal to help you stress less and think of the little things ahead of time so you can actually enjoy your event.

A Vision Come to Life
Wow, Megan truly outdid herself in coordinating our wedding! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Megan through work, where she coordinates many large events and programs throughout the year, so I knew she would be a huge asset to our day. Because I felt confident that Megan could handle anything with grace and professionalism, it gave me the freedom to take chances and plan a wedding that was really unique, knowing I could trust her to make it happen! Megan took the time to sit down with us as a couple and get to know us, and what was truly important so that she could prioritize that on the day of, and I can happily say our day was perfect. We did a lot of non-traditional things, like a ring warming, custom processional with the wedding party and their significant others, anniversary time capsule cards at each table, a cheesecake bar, a stuffed cat toss, and more - all of which were throughly thought out and well executed exactly like I had envisioned it. Even when small things out of our control went against what we had originally planned, Megan was able to pivot and make them into wonderful happy memories. My favorite part of the day was actually unplanned, and coordinated by Megan on the spot: the energy on the dance floor was low at the end of the night, so Megan suggested doing a final dance with the glow sticks we had for a final exit. She graciously took a video of this from above and sent it to us, since our photographer had already left for the night. This ended up being my favorite memory of the day, and I’m so grateful she was able to see the big picture and suggest this while I was busy enjoying other parts of my day! I can’t recommend Megan enough - she will truly be your best investment in making your day a dream come true.

The Most Amazing Day!
Working with The Head Table Events was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Megan and her team had a clear, concise and consistent communication style that put us at ease throughout the entire planning process. Their attention to detail and amazing execution made our wedding day seamless. Megan made sure every last detail was taken care of, even before we woke up that morning. We had a perfectly clear schedule and even had a few minutes to spare for some extra special touches. The Head Table Events truly went above and beyond all of our expectations and made our wedding the easiest, most enjoyable day for us. We are so grateful for their incredible service!

The Best of the Best!
Megan was undoubtedly our MVP the day of our wedding! She played an essential role in helping to keep us calm, cool, and collected throughout the day, even during the most stressful moments we faced on our special occasion! From the thrilling excitement of our first look, to the joy of our first dance, and finally to our last dance and heartfelt farewell, we truly wouldn’t have been able to navigate all these beautiful moments without her invaluable support and guidance! Best Investment We Made
The Head Table Events was hands down the best investment we made in our wedding process. To say my fiancé (now husband!) and I were off to a late start in our planning is an understatement and, on top of that, I struggled to separate my emotions from my ever-growing to-do lists. My sister introduced me to Megan for a consultation over lunch, and 5 minutes in, she'd already begun to cut through the feelings to get to prioritization and action. She struck the ideal balance between gentle and direct – she asked questions, identified the gaps, but also reflected on the progress we'd made. When my husband finally met her at our first meeting, he felt the same. Megan is organized, dependable, focused, and compassionate. The craziest part is how easy she makes it look, and the best part is that she makes you laugh while doing it. 10/10 would recommend booking The Head Table Events for your wedding. LOVE YOU, MEGAN!
