Hi, I'm Megan! I'm a Fort Wayne based Wedding Coordinator. I moved to Fort Wayne from NYC in 2020 after finishing grad school. My degrees are both in my other joy apart from event coordinating - teaching voice! I have been both coordinating events and teaching voice since my college days. My first wedding in 2021 for a high school friend is what lit the fire in me to start coordinating for others! Originally an east coast girl, I was raised in CT by a social and musical family who taught me the art of connecting people and the importance of making every celebration special. In 2025, I founded The Head Table Events to share my expertise!

Just like my approach to teaching voice, I think events should be, above all, FUN - and not just for the guests! It's my goal to help you stress less and think of the little things ahead of time so you can actually enjoy your event.

Megan and her team had a clear, concise and consistent communication style that put us at ease throughout the entire planning process. Their attention to detail and amazing execution made our wedding day seamless. Megan made sure every last detail was taken care of, even before we woke up that morning.     Megan was undoubtedly our MVP the day of our wedding! She played an essential role in helping to keep us calm, cool, and collected throughout the day, even during the most stressful moments we faced on our special occasion!     The Head Table Events was hands down the best investment we made in our wedding process. To say my fiancé (now husband!) and I were off to a late start in our planning is an understatement and, on top of that, I struggled to separate my emotions from my ever-growing to-do lists. My sister introduced me to Megan for a consultation over lunch, and 5 minutes in, she'd already begun to cut through the feelings to get to prioritization and action. She struck the ideal balance between gentle and direct – she asked questions, identified the gaps, but also reflected on the progress we'd made. When my husband finally met her at our first meeting, he felt the same. Megan is organized, dependable, focused, and compassionate.
