Hi, I’m Ashley, a wedding coordinator with a heart rooted in family, fueled by coffee, and endlessly inspired by the simple beauty of everyday life. I’m a lover of natures bounty, the gentle rhythm of horseback rides, and the charm of my little flock of chickens. And flowers? Don’t even get me started. Give me a big, juicy bouquet overflowing with romance, and I’m absolutely swooning. There’s something magical about blooms that satisfy the soul, just like the weddings I love to create. What captivates me most in my work is seeing a couple’s vision gradually unfold into something real, something meaningful, something beautifully theirs.

No, we only take on one wedding per day, so your celebration will be our full focus from start to. We believe every couple deserves our complete attention, energy, and care on such an important day, and we never want our couples to feel like they’re sharing that experience with another event 🤍
This depends on your package, but we always make sure there’s enough communication and support for you to feel confident and cared for throughout the entire process!
Having a coordinator allows you, your family, and your friends to fully enjoy the wedding day without worrying about logistics, timelines, setup, vendor communications, or troubleshooting. We handle the behind-the-scenes details so you can stay present and enjoy every moment without any worries.
You’ll be working directly with me as your lead planner, and I’ll be there with you every step of the way throughout the entire wedding day. From planning and communication to execution, I’ll be your main point of contact to ensure everything feels seamless and personal. I do also have an amazing team of assistant coordinators available for weddings that require and/or choose additional support, depending on the package and needs of your day 🤍
