Chris August, Owner of DJ Karizma Entertainment LLC is passionate about providing memorable musical experiences for couples and their guests. Having played for people from all over the world, Chris’s clients appreciate his Caribbean/North American fusion style of entertainment, his crowd interaction skills, and his ability to read the crowd and adapt accordingly. The versatile DJ can accommodate a guest list comprised of different ages, backgrounds, and music preferences. He offers music of all genres.

DJ Karizma was absolutely incredible! From the very first song to the last, he kept the party jumping all night long. The dance floor was packed the entire time, and the energy he brought was truly infectious. He read the room perfectly, played the right songs at exactly the right moments, and made every part of the night feel fun, seamless, and unforgettable. We are so grateful for the amazing vibe he created — he truly turned our wedding into the ultimate party. If you want a DJ who knows how to keep the celebration going, DJ Karizma is it!

Dj Karizma was everything I imagined for our day and more!! We came to Chris with the idea of having a “boiler room” style party toward the end of our night & it was SO. FUN. Chris listened to every request we had and delivered that and more! He let us live our DJ dreams with all of our favorite people. We had a simple ceremony done by a friend & a smaller crowd but you would have never known with the energy and expertise Chris brought to our event. Our friends and family raved about how fun the wedding was and I fully believe it’s because Chris brought the energy the whole time. His passion for this job shined through with how he skillfully mixed in our requests with fan favorites that got every single person at our wedding out on the dance floor. Working with DJ Karizma was so easy and he made sure to not miss a single step or request in the process. We even booked last minute and he was so gracious when working with us on our crunched timeline. Chris, I can’t thank you enough for how memorable our day was.

Chris (DJ Karizma) did an absolutely amazing job! He went above and beyond in every way. You can truly tell he loves what he does. He played all of mine and my husband’s favorite songs and paid close attention to the music we were enjoying throughout the night. The quality of his equipment was top-tier, and everything sounded perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding. On top of that, Chris is such a kind and genuine person!
