Perfect for more of a cocktail reception, and some dancing, or when you have an experienced wedding planner to coordinate the reception, and just need a solid DJ to play good music! The essentials package provides an MC/DJ that plays music, makes all necessary formal announcements, helps with the flow, and takes requests, if approved by client. Features: A DJ who has been through training with XLS, has some wedding experience.

Description

Package catered toward brides and grooms who want to bring the party to the reception! Our most experienced and energetic Dj/ MC performs, smoothly mixing the right songs in the right order for your reception. This package also takes care of the ceremony and takes the ambiance of your venue to the next level with uplighting and a custom monogram or digital display.

    Dance party dream fulfilled!

Through our planning meetings, text and conversation, and your selections in our planning app, we learn your personalities, your vision, and the atmosphere you want to create. We then curate every musical transition, announcement, and special moment to create a celebration that feels uniquely yours.
Our planning app makes music selection effortless. You can build playlists, create Must Play and Do Not Play lists, and even sync directly with Spotify or Apple Music. This allows us to understand your style while giving us the flexibility to read the room and keep the dance floor energized throughout the night.

Absolutely. One of the biggest benefits of working with XLS Entertainment is our experience coordinating wedding receptions. We'll help organize the flow of your evening, recommend timing for important moments, and work alongside your planner and vendors so everything runs seamlessly.
That's completely normal. Most of our couples haven't either. We'll guide you through the entire entertainment planning process, answer your questions, offer recommendations, and make sure you feel confident every step of the way.
Our couples consistently tell us three things after their wedding: The planning process was incredibly easy. The reception flowed effortlessly. The dance floor stayed packed all night. We don't simply play music, we create an experience that keeps guests engaged while allowing you to relax and enjoy one of the biggest days of your life.
Very involved. We'll schedule planning meetings, review your timeline, discuss your music preferences, coordinate special moments, and communicate with your venue and planner as needed. By wedding day, every important detail has already been planned.
We arrive early, coordinate with your vendors, perform a complete sound check, and ensure everything is ready well before guests arrive. Throughout the day, we manage the flow of events, make polished announcements, coordinate transitions, and keep the celebration moving naturally from one memorable moment to the next.
