Great doesn't begin to cover it

Rachel was beyond amazing. From the first meeting to my wedding day she was nothing but professional and super helpful. She not only set up all of my decor as described, but she went above and beyond to decorate things I either didn't know to ask her to or just said "I trust your judgement" beautifully. Without my asking, she also took some great videos! Without her coordination I would've been lost and beyond stressed. But it doesn't end there! She also packed everything up at the end of the night. I went to the venue the next morning to pick up my decor to find it all boxed up and on a cart for me to roll right to my car. I can't recommend her enough!

I hired Rachel pretty late into my wedding planning. My ceremony was at a church and totally unrelated to the venue/coordinator the venue provided. As I began thinking of the small details I would need to manage/delegate regarding the ceremony I realized it would be so much easier to have a planner. Rachel was extremely accommodating with my needs (ie only the ceremony) and so easy to work with!! She was always accessible and on top of everything. During rehearsal our priest had the MOH and best man seated at the altar and after we left I texted Rachel that I hated that and to please make sure that wasn’t the case the day of the wedding. She took care of that and much more. I’m so so happy that we got to work with her and I couldn’t recommend her more!!

Rachel did an amazing job being the DOC for my wedding on 08/22/2025! She was so organized and was able to make sure everything was in order and even helped usher the other wedding out in a orderly fashion to ensure my ceremony started on time! Because of her we had the absolute best day with smooth transitions! She is such a pleasant and caring person, she was the best DOC and is able to make anyone’s day a dream!
