What started as a personal passion has grown into a dedication to helping others bring their vision to life. I specialize in creating seamless, stress-free celebrations so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment of your special day. I am so excited to meet you, and bring your vision to life!

What makes RJM Weddings different is that I’m not just there to coordinate your wedding day. I’m there to truly understand your vision and make sure all of the little details come together to create the day you’ve been imagining. I’m very hands-on with my couples. I like to talk through the overall vision, décor, layouts, timelines, and all of the little details that can easily get overlooked. I’ll help turn your ideas into an actual plan so you don’t have to worry about what goes where, when things need to happen, or who is responsible for what.

Designed for couples who have already started planning their wedding but want expert support before the big day, our Partial Wedding Planning package provides professional wedding coordination and planning assistance beginning 4–6 months before your wedding date.

Ideal for couples who have planned their wedding independently and want to be as fully present as possible and avoid any hiccups on the big day. Includes: -Review of all vendor contracts and planning details -Wedding day timeline creation -Coordination with all vendors prior to the wedding -Up to 10 hours of on-site wedding day management -(Oversight of setup, and overall event flow(breakdown as needed)

    Rachel did an amazing job being the DOC for my wedding on 08/22/2025! She was so organized and was able to make sure everything was in order and even helped usher the other wedding out in a orderly fashion to ensure my ceremony started on time! Because of her we had the absolute best day with smooth transitions! She is such a pleasant and caring person, she was the best DOC and is able to make anyone’s day a dream!
