We hired Amanda and her team at Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events for our wedding, and they were absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish! They somehow made the best day of our lives even better than we could have imagined simply by allowing us to be completely present the entire day. Absolutely priceless!! Getting married at a historic venue like Valhalla Tahoe meant every detail had to be selected and brought in, which could have felt incredibly overwhelming. But from our very first call with Amanda, we felt completely at ease. She met with us every month, kept us on track without ever making us feel pressure, and encouraged all of our ideas —even the more out-of-the-box ones. She genuinely wanted our wedding to feel like us, and that made all the difference. When our wedding day finally arrived, everything flowed so seamlessly that we never once had to think about timelines, vendors, or logistics. Amanda and her team handled everything behind the scenes with such professionalism that all we had to do was soak in every moment with our family and friends. Reno Tahoe Enchanted Events was the best decision for our wedding on June 11th, 2026. Amanda was so incredibly helpful from the very first email I sent her all the way till our perfect day. Before even fully booking Enchanted Amanda helped me through some questions which just shows her love and commitment to every bride! We booked a day of coordination package and I cannot recommend it more for couples who want to do most of the planning but need someone knowledgeable and helpful in their corner at all times. With this package you get a “lead planner” that Amanda assigns to you about 2 months before the wedding day. We got assigned Cate, and the love and appreciation I have for this woman is unreal! I cannot imagine our wedding day being nearly as perfect as it was without Cate. As a bride who was a little more anxiety prone, Cate was by my side through everything. She was there for me at almost any time of the day and was my absolute rock on the wedding day. She made sure my husband and I had everything we needed the whole night whether it was drinks, food, laughs, advice, or someone to wrangle our wedding party together. The whole wedding day I had family and friends coming up to me all night saying “I love your coordinator!”. P.S she also did our AMAZING florals! (flora co.) Cate, thank you for everything!! I personally only got to communicate with Amanda and Cate but I can confidently say you will be in great hands with anyone from Enchanted Events. They will be your best vendor booked, I promise!!! <3
