Design as a stand-alone service is for clients who want a beautiful wedding but don’t need assistance with the logistical aspects of the planning process. With this service, we’ll monitor everything design-related, including being there on the wedding day to make sure all of your dreamy designs come to life exactly as you imagined.

Month-Of Coordination is the perfect service for couples who desire to handle the entire planning process themselves but want to hand over the reins prior to the big day. Our job is to step in and coordinate any of the final details and manage all of the logistics for your wedding, leaving you to enjoy the last moments before you walk down the aisle.

As a wedding planner, I only take on one wedding per weekend. From the rehearsal to the ceremony and all the festivities in between, I'm fully dedicated to the couple's big day. This means I'm there for the rehearsal to make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone knows their roles. On the wedding day, I handle all the logistics, manage the timeline, and take care of any unexpected issues so the couple can relax and enjoy their celebration. By focusing on just one wedding a weekend, I can give my full attention to that couple.
It really depends on the service and package you choose, but typically for full planning, I recommend starting 9-12+ months in advance to ensure we have plenty of time to cover all the details. For partial planning, we typically start about 6-9 months out, depending on how much has already been planned and what still needs to be done. For month-of coordination, we usually begin about 6-8 weeks before the wedding. This gives us enough time to review your plans, finalize everything, and ensure the day goes off without a hitch. No matter the package, our goal is to make the planning process as smooth and stress-free as possible!
You’ll primarily be working directly with the lead planner throughout the planning process. However, we do have a talented team of assistants and design coordinators who help bring everything together. Depending on the size and complexity of your wedding, you may work with them as well for specific tasks. The lead planner oversees everything to ensure consistency and quality. On the day of your wedding, you'll have your lead planner, along with an assistant to help manage all the details and ensure everything runs smoothly.
