Our Month-of Coordination service is designed for couples who’ve planned most of their wedding details but want professional support with the final details and timeline. We are the main point of contact on the wedding day, and ensure the logistics and your timeline are executed seamlessly. Couples receive a custom Wedding Planning Workbook, designed to guide them through key decisions and serve as a central place to record all essential details.

Elopement & Micro This package is designed for couples who want an intimate, intentional, and beautifully styled celebration without the overwhelm. We provide planning support, assist with venue selection if needed, and manage timeline flow and modern event design using our in-house rentals. Ideal for smaller guest counts, this package focuses on simplicity, connection, and an effortless experience from start to finish.

Day Of Coordination Includes: • Final planning meeting and details review • Wedding day timeline creation and management • Vendor confirmation and coordination • Ceremony and reception oversight • Management of transitions and key moments • On-site coordination on the wedding day Couples receive a custom Wedding Planning Workbook, designed to guide them through key decisions and serve as a central place to record all essential details.

Event Design Our Full-Service Event Design provides a modern, cohesive approach to styling your event from concept to execution. We create a custom design vision, curate décor and layouts, and incorporate our in-house rental collection or outside rentals to bring the space together seamlessly. From color palettes to tablescapes and overall ambiance, every detail is intentional, elevated, and uniquely you.

Weddings, at their core, represent the same values we hold close: family, connection, and the start of something beautiful. ​Together, we built La Belle Vie with the intention of offering couples more than just planning services, We wanted to create an experience that feels calm, personal, and beautifully guided from start to finish.
Yes, definitely! Beyond weddings, we coordinate everything from intimate celebrations and showers to anniversary parties, corporate outings, fundraisers, and high-level gala events.
Absolutely. In addition to coordination and design, we can offer a variety of event services including bartending and bar staff, service personnel, balloon arches and installations, flower bars, and custom floral bouquet creation and styling. We also can do customized signage and decor items.
