Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of planning, designing and coordinating weddings across multiple states and internationally. We believe your wedding should feel like you not a template. Our job is to understand your vision, anticipate the details you may never see coming, and create an experience that allows you and the people you love to truly enjoy the day. After all these years, there is still something incredibly special about watching two people begin their marriage surrounded by the people who love them most.

We combine creative vision with meticulous planning and calm execution, allowing our couples to truly enjoy their experience and not just survive the planning process. Our Partial Planning experience is perfect for couples who have started planning but need professional support bringing everything together. We step in to manage your vendors, venue walkthrough, coordinate your wedding party, lead planning calls, manage the rehearsal, finalize logistics and timelines, and oversee ceremony wedding-day coordination so you can enjoy your celebration while we manage the details. No Setup, Design or clean up included

    Phenomenal Company

    Koll Kay & Company made planning our Mexico wedding stress-free from start to finish. My wife and I wanted an intimate celebration in Riviera Maya without breaking the bank, and Ashley Nicole delivered exactly that in less than seven months. She found us a stunning beachfront venue, designed our arch and florals, coordinated all the vendors, and created a beautiful dinner for just our closest 22 family and friends. What impressed us most was how straightforward she was about costs and details. Her pricing was actually reasonable compared to other planners, and every dollar was worth it. Ashley's kindness and knowledge made the entire process smooth, and our day turned out even better than we imagined.     Best Wedding Planner Ever!

    From the moment we hired Koll Kay & Company, we knew we were in good hands. Ashley Nicole jumped in just four months before our wedding and somehow managed to plan our Bridal Shower, Bachelorette Party, and the big day itself—all three turned out better than we could have imagined. Her communication was straightforward and honest, making the whole planning process feel organized instead of stressful. Every detail was thought through carefully, and she brought creative ideas to the table that made our events feel truly personal.     Mrs. Ashley was so amazing, I really can't put it into words. She did my 13th and my 16th birthday party, and she just helped my mom launch her boutique. From brand development, staff training, stocking, and even launching the grand opening. And her team were all very professional. There's nothing Mrs. Ashley can't do, she is the best!     My favorite thing about working with Kay Jill is that when the dynamics of my event changed she was able to help me pivot and save my guest as well as myself from any unnecessary loss. This was all done for an International event. Overall the event was a success!!
