Wedding Day of Coordinating Includes: 1. Manage vendors and assist with problems or questions. 2. Manage wedding party 3. Manage vendor and decor set-up at ceremony and reception site. 4. Organize and distribute flowers to wedding party, family, and special guests. 5. Facilitate during wedding ceremony. 6. Set-up and break down table numbers/names, favors, toasting glass, and serving set per instructions. 7. Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception. 8. Ensure payment or vendor tips and final payments (if not already completed) 9. Manage vendors during reception/cocktail hour.

My wife and I own Journey Entertainment. We are a small business that specializes in DJ/ Photo booth and day of coordinating. Personally, I specialize in day of coordinating. I focus on making sure the details that you worked so hard to plan happen flawlessly. I am a full service Day Of Coordinator, available from start to finish.     We booked Journey Entertainment for both our planner/day-of coordinator Mandee and our DJ Randi, and I truly don’t have enough good things to say about them! Mandee was incredible from start to finish- she made sure every single detail was handled perfectly. The morning of the wedding, she was everywhere making sure things were done right and not one thing slipped through the cracks. Anytime we had a question, she had an answer. When little things came up, she came to me calmly, already with a solution in hand- just checking that I was okay with it. Because of her, my family and I were actually able to relax and focus on enjoying the day instead of worrying about logistics. And to top it off, when our ride at the end of the night cancelled, Mandee didn’t even hesitate- she personally drove us to our hotel! She seriously went above and beyond. As for Randi, she had everyone on the dance floor from her very first song! The energy she brought was unmatched, and the dance floor stayed packed all night long. We had zero complaints (and neither did our guests). If you want your day to run flawlessly and your guests to have the time of their lives, use them!!!!
